A scald alarm cup is provided to alarm differently according to the temperature of a beverage of a high-temperature that is received into the scald alarm cup, and to enable a user to drink safely. A scald alarm cup includes an alarm function selecting portion(10), a contact sensing sensor(12), a temperature measuring portion(14), an alarm information storing portion(16), an alarm amplifying portion(18) and a speaker(20). The alarm function selecting portion is used to select whether to operate the alarm function. The contact sensing sensor detects the contact of the user's hand with a handle of a cup and outputs a contact signal. The alarm information storing portion stores different alarm information according to the temperature of a beverage. The alarm amplifying portion amplifies the alarm information and outputs an alarm signal.

An optofluidic maskless lithography system is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost required for replacing the mask by using the micorfluidic channel instead of the mask. An optofluidic maskless lithography system comprises the light source(10), the spatial light modulator(20), and the micorfluidic channel(40). The spatial light modulator modulates the light provided from the light source. The photo curable liquid flows inside the micorfluidic channel. The micorfluidic channel selectively hardens the photo curable liquid according to the modulated light provided from the spatial light modulator and outputs the result. The micro lens reduces the size of the modulated light provided from the spatial light modulator and provides the results to the micorfluidic channel.

A method FOR PROCESSING CURVED OUTER PLATES OF A SHIP comprises a step(S100) measuring the shape of the cooling-processed member of the hull curved shape outer panel and is change with database; a step(S200) reading in file including data about the transformation characteristic information of the design shape, and measurement shape, and steel material etc. with data information of the purpose shape; a step(S300) modeling the curved surface shape of member from automatically and producing two 3D curved surfaces; a step(S400) producing the processed information which is the optimum curved surface matched by using the generated curved surface of 2 and it calculates the form difference with the purpose phase, and measurement shape comparatively is integrated; a step(S500) which decides whether or not to calculate the curved surface shape machining accuracy(perfection) with performing remeasurement after the heating work and estimating the additional heating information and rummage the processing need whether or not or member in case of being not completion condition; a step(S800) which if corresponds with the Machining Accuracy result of computation, and the completion condition, calculates the margin value of the steel sheet; a step(S900) calculating the amount of being cut of the slack margin; and a step(S1000) for performing the cut through the system for cutting.

A copper damascene formation method is provided to improve the reliability of copper wire by preventing the void on the copper wire from being generated in a copper damascene formation process. A copper damascene formation method comprises the step for forming the first insulation layer(322) on the top of the substrate; the step for etching selectively the first insulation layer in order to form the bottom trench; the step for filling the first copper layer on the bottom trench; the step for forming the second insulation layer on the first insulation layer and the first copper layer; the step for etching selectively the second insulation layer in order to form the via hole and upper trench; the step for filling the second copper layer(350) on the via hole and upper trench. The first copper layer fills the bottom trench with the state where a part of insulating layer which is not etched remains during the step for etching selectively the first insulation layer on the bottom trench.

A precursor for the organometal chemical vapor deposition of a chalcogenide semiconductor thin film contains two kinds of the metal elements of the group III or two kinds of chalcogen atoms of the group VI and is represented by the formula 2, wherein M and M' are identical or different each other and are the metal element of the group III selected from In, Ga and Al; E and E' are identical or different each other and are the chalcogen atom of the group VI selected from S, Se and Te; at least one of M and M' or E and E' is a different atom; and R and R' are independently a C1-C6 alkyl group.

A flat panel display is provided to prevent the variation of a current supplied to liquid crystal device or organic electro luminescence device of the flat panel display due to the leakage current and suppress image deterioration. In a flat panel display, a control electrode is electrically connected to the scanning line and a first switching device(S1) is connected between data line(Data(m)) and the first supply voltage line(VDD). A second switching device is electrically connected between the first switching device and the first supply voltage line. A capacitive device(Cst) is connected between The first switching device and second switching device. The driving transistor(MDR) is electrically connected between the second supply voltage line and the first supply voltage line while connecting the control electrode to the second switching device. An organic electro luminescence device(OLED) is electrically connected between the driving transistor and the second supply voltage line.

A method for detecting a bistrifluron in a sample comprises steps of: contacting an antibody generated from a composite, a sample including insecticide bistrifluron and the composite a composite in which a hapten compound of a bistrifluron fixed to a solid support and a protein are combined using an amino bond; and detecting a bond of the antibody to the bistrifluron fixed to the solid support.

A pharmaceutical composition of preventing or treating diseases related to a transforming growth factor beta 1(TGFb1) is provided to prevent, reduce and cure diseases related to a transforming growth factor beta 1(TGFb1) such as fiberization, cirrhosis, immunization disease and tumor by suppressing expression of the transforming growth factor beta 1(TGFb1) by controlling a function of the Ga12/Ga13 protein. A pharmaceutical composition of preventing reducing and curing diseases related to a transforming growth factor beta 1(TGFb1) includes a Ga12 protein function inhibitor and a Ga13 protein function inhibitor. The Ga12 protein function inhibitor and the Ga13 protein function inhibitor is delivered using liposome, virus, gene gun, polymer, ultrasonic wave and electroporation.
