본 발명은 지방대사 이상질환의 치료 및 예방용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 화학식 1의 화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 본 발명의 약학 조성물은 인간 간세포에서 생체내 에너지 대사에 중요한 역할을 하는 아이소싸이트레이트 탈수소효소 3α (IDH3α) 프로모터와 카르니틴 팔미토일 트랜스퍼레이즈 1A (CPT1A) 프로모터의 활성을 증가시켜, 혈당 및 중성지방의 감소 및 결과적으로 체중의 감소를 가져오므로, 비만, 고지혈증, 당뇨병 등의 지방대사 이상질환의 예방 및 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An antithrombotic composition containing colored bean extract and fraction thereof is provided to contain adenosine and to treat cardiovascular and cerebralvascular diseases and hypertension. CONSTITUTION: An antithrombotic composition contains colored bean extract isolated using water, C1-C5 alcohol, or mixture thereof and organic acid. The organic acid includes citric acid, acetic acid, butyric acid, palmitic acid, oxalic acid, tartaric acid, carboxylic acid, or sulfonic acid. The C1-C5 alcohol is methane, ethanol, isopropylalcohol, n-propyl alcohol, n-butanol, or isobutanol. A fraction of the extract is prepared by fractioning the alcohol extract of colored beans using a synthetic adsorption column containing polystylene and benzene polymers.

PURPOSE: A liver function improving composition and a food composition including thereof are provided to prevent side effects of the composition by using herb medicine components, and to secure the hangover curing effect. CONSTITUTION: A liver function improving composition contains 0.1~50 parts of steamed red ginseng extract by weight, and 0.1~50 parts of extract containing cornus officinalis, and schizandra chinensis, as active ingredients. The liver function improving composition additionally contains 0.1~50 parts of steamed red ginseng chips by weight.

A diet composition containing ginseng extract and curcuma root extract is provided to maximize endurance capacity by improving storage content of glycogen and to use as health food. A diet composition contains 1~100 weight% of dry weight on the basis of total weight of ginseng extract and curcuma root extract. A method for manufacturing diet composition containing the ginseng extract and the curcuma root extract includes a step for filtering and concentrating the ginseng and the curcuma root, after extracting the curcuma root extract and the ginseng from water respectively and a step for mixing the ginseng extract and the curcuma root extract with a rate of 1:7~3:1.

Provided is 2,4,5-trisubstituted-1,3-thiazole derivatives having excellent inhibiting activity about SPC(sphingosylphosphorylcholine) receptor to treat inflammatory diseases caused by activity of the SPC acceptor. A therapeutic agent for treating inflammatory diseases caused by activity of SPC acceptor comprises a 2,4,5-trisubstituted-1,3-thiazole derivative represented by the formula 1 and pharmaceutically allowable salts thereof. A method for preparing the 2,4,5-trisubstituted-1,3-thiazole derivative consists of the following steps of: reacting methyl cyanocarbonimidodithionate represented by the formula 2 to 2-haloacetophenone in order to synthesize 4-amino-1,3-thiazol represented by the formula 3; and polymerizing chloridation carboxylic acid to 4-amino group of the 4-amino-1,3-thiazol to synthesize 4-N-acyl-1,3-thiazole represented by the formula 4.
