    Abstract: A preparation method of an inactivated vaccine of swine erysipelas containing an antigen treated with an inactivated swine complement against the antigen is provided to increase immunogenicity of the vaccine while safety of the vaccine is secured.     Abstract: PURPOSE: A multiplex polymerase chain reaction-based method is provided to quickly detect E. coli gene producing heat-labile enterotoxin and heat-stable enterotoxin, which cause diarrhea of live stock. CONSTITUTION: ST(heat-stable enterotoxin) I primer is synthesized to be based on the nucleotide sequence of ST I a(p) gene separated from a pig. A PCR method for detecting gene uses a pair of primers, a forward primer and a reverse primer. Heat-labile enterotoxin gene and heat-stable enterotoxin gene, which are separated from E.coli, are detected simultaneously by performing PCR with mixing PCR primers therefor.
