Abstract:
본 발명은 BEI(binaryethyleneimine)로 불활화된 일본뇌염 바이러스 KV1899주 항원 및 돼지의 GM-CSF 재조합 단백질을 포함하는 일본뇌염 불활화 백신 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 BEI로 불활화된 일본뇌염 바이러스 KV1899주 항원 및 돼지의 GM-CSF 재조합 단백질은 면역원성이 뛰어나고, 곤충 세포에서 대량생산이 가능하여 백신제조에 적합할 뿐만 아니라, 현재 유행하는 유전형 제1형 일본뇌염 바이러스와 유전형이 일치하므로, 기존의 일본뇌염 생백신의 문제점을 해결한 효과적인 일본뇌염에 대한 백신으로 사용할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A recombinant antibody for diagnosing porcine epidemic diarrhea virus is provided to easily maintain or store an antibody producing strain. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a recombinant antibody for diagnosing porcine epidemic diarrhea virus comprises: a step of preparing a recombinant baculovirus vector containing a DNA fragment of sequence number 1; a step of transfecting baculovirus full length DNA Bac-N-Blue and the recombinant baculovirus vector into an insect cell and preparing recombinant baculovirus; and a step of culturing the recombinant baculovirus in the insect cell. The vector is pBlueBac4.5His. The insect cell is sf-9 cell.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A scFv gene of monoclonal antibody 4G31 and a recombinant protein expressing the same are provided to neutralize RAV and to reduce and diagnose rabies virus. CONSTITUTION: A 4G31 scFv(single chain variable fragment antibody) gene which specifically neutralizes rabies virus has an amino acid sequence and a base of sequence number 16. The 4G31 scFv gene is a 4G31 monoclonal antibody containing a gene encoding a heavy chain variable region(VH) and a light chain variable region(VL). An expression vector expresses the 4G31 scFv gene. A recombinant protein is prepared by expressingthe 4G31 scFv gene in E.coli using the expression vector. A therapeutic agent for rabies virus contains the recombinant protein expressed from the 4G31 scFv gene.

A vector and Escherichia coli suppressing proliferation of PED virus are provided to neutralize specifically the porcine epidemic diarrhea virus by being transformed to a surface expression vector and to reveal short chain variable segments of a porcine epidemic diarrhea virus neutralizing antibody at a film surface of a bacterial body. A surface expression vector reveals short chain variable segments of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus neutralizing antibody consisting of a sequence 1 at a film surface of a bacterial body. Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vaccine composition comprising domestic predominant epidemic genotype strains of bovine viral diarrhea virus for preventing or treating bovine viral diarrhea. When preparing a vaccine by mixing GB44-1 strain, GB45-1 strain, and 08Q723 strain which are the bovine viral diarrhea virus according to the present invention, the vaccine can be valuably used as an effective vaccine for preventing or treating the bovine viral diarrhea since the vaccine is suitable for domestic genotypes and has an outstanding immune function compared to a conventional vaccine, and solves a problem of a conventional vaccine for the bovine viral diarrhea.
