    Abstract: A method for testing property of integral skin polyurethane foam is provided to predict the durability and anti-hydrolysis property of integral skin polyurethane foam, accurately. A method for testing property of integral skin polyurethane foam comprises the steps of; filling water in a sealed container, mounting an integral skin polyurethane foam sample, and contacting steam and the sample at the temperature of 100~150 °C under the pressure of 0.5~3 bar for 12~96 hours.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Polyurethane foam comprising absorbent is provided to effectively reduce amine compounds causing bad smell and occurring yellowing to polyurethane foam, and to reduce the generation of volatile organic material at the same time. CONSTITUTION: Polyurethane foam comprises porous silica adsorbent in chemical formula 1: Al_2Si_2O_5(OH)_x.M_y. In chemical formula 1, M is P, Ca, Zn, Fe, K, Mn, Mo, Ag, Mg or Ti, x is 1-5, and y is 2-7. The content of the porous silica absorbent is 0.2-0.5 weight% on the basis of total poly urethane foam.

    Abstract: Artificial leather and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer superior shape stability and abrasion strength of fur formed on the surface by forming narrow gaps between an elastomer and ultrafine fiber located on the surface of the artificial leather. Artificial leather includes an elastoemr in which ultrafine fibers having fineness of 0.001~0.3denier are interwoven. The ultrafine fibers are piloerected on the surface to form fur. The abrasion intensity of the leather is 2,000 time or greater measured with a taber duration method. The surface mean roughness of the artificial leather is 50mum or less. The elastomer is one selected from polyurethane resin and polyurea resin.
