A hydraulic controller of a clutch booster for a vehicle is provided to install an orifice valve and a stop guide at the inner part of an oil passage of the clutch booster for controlling the motion of the oil, thereby reducing the impact for a driver. A hydraulic controller of a clutch booster for a vehicle comprises a stop guide(60) and an impact reduction member. The stop guide is combined with the inner part of an oil passage of the clutch booster transmitting the hydraulic generated from a master cylinder to form a plurality of oil holes at the outer side. The impact reduction member is arranged at the side surface of the stop guide to be contacted with the stop guide according to the reciprocate motion of a hydraulic piston.

PURPOSE: A clutch pedal for a vehicle is provided to reduce expenses and the number of parts without additional space for a master cylinder by generating hydraulic pressure with screwing an arm shaft in a shaft cylinder and moving left in stepping on a pedal, and to improve the clutch pedal effort by reducing loss from mechanical friction. CONSTITUTION: A clutch pedal comprises a pedal arm(10) turning; a clutch shaft connected to the pedal arm; a master cylinder connected to the clutch shaft by a push rod; right and left brackets(20,30); a screw type arm shaft connected to the pedal arm; a stopper(12) installed in the arm shaft; a check valve(13); a bushing connecting unit(18) connecting the pedal arm to the right bracket by a bushing(15) and a fixing bolt(21); and a shaft cylinder(40) embedding the screw type arm shaft through oil seals and directly converting rotation into piston motion. Hydraulic pressure is formed with screwing the arm shaft in the shaft cylinder and moving to the left in stepping on the pedal.

PURPOSE: A clutch booster in a vehicle is provided to prevent vibration of an engine or a transmission from delivering to a clutch pedal through a clutch disk. CONSTITUTION: A clutch booster comprises a hydraulic pressure line(56) filled with fluid to apply the hydraulic from a master cylinder; a valve body(58) installing a pneumatic line(57) to operate a power piston(63) by being opened through the fluid; a first piston(2) connected to the power piston and a shaft(1) while installing a push rod(53) on the other side; a second piston(4) inserted to the cylinder in forming a chamber(3) by being separated from the first piston; and a spring(5) supplying elasticity to extent the first and second pistons by being mounted between the first and second pistons. The first piston is movably inserted to a cylinder(59) of the valve body. The second piston is penetrated to a slide move the shaft and pressurized by the fluid of the hydraulic pressure line. The clutch booster prevents vibration of a horizontal direction from delivering to the clutch pedal through the push rod.

본 고안은 클러치 마스터실린더 서플라이벨브 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 서플라이밸브 스프링의 편심을 방지하여, 클러치 마스터실린더 오일의 원할한 흐름과 단속을 수행할 수 있는 자동차용 클러치 마스터실린더 서플라이밸브 스프링 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 고안의 자동차용 클러치 마스터실린더 서플라이밸브 스프링 고정장치는, 피스톤(1)내에 오일통로(2)가 구비된 서플라이밸브 로드(3)가 장착되고, 상기 서플라이밸브 로드(3)의 선단에 서플라이밸브 스프링(4)이 장착된 것에 있어서, 상기 서플라이밸브 로드(3)의 선단 중앙부에 서플라이밸브 스프링(4)이 끼워지는 홈(5)을 형성하여, 상기 서플라이밸브 스프링(4)이 서플라이밸브 로드(3)의 중앙부에 힘을 가하여 편심이 방지되도록 구성한 것이다.

본 발명은 클러치 부우스터에 관한 것으로, 클러치 부우스터의 파워피스톤와 파워실린더의 직경을 크게하지 않고서도 배력을 증대시켜 클러치 페달의 힘들이지 않고 용이하게 조작할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 클러치 페달의 스트로크도 줄여줄 수 있도록 하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 상기한 바의 목적을 달성하기 위해 파워실린더(1) 내부에는 좌측 체임버(2)와 우측 체임버(3)로 구획지우는 격벽(4)이 설치되고, 상기 파워실린더내에 상기 격벽을 관통해서 피스톤로드(5)가 전후로 이동가능하게 장착되며, 상기 좌측 체임버내에서 상기 피스톤로드의 일단에 제1파워피스톤(6)이 장착되어 좌측 체임버를 공기공급수단을 매개로 고압공기를 공급받는 고압체임버와 대기압체임버로 구획지우고, 상기 우측 체임버내에서 피스톤로드에 제2파워피스톤(7)이 장착되어 우측 체임버를 공기공급수단을 매개로 고압공기를 공급받는 고압체임버와 대기압체임버로 구획지우며, 상기 좌측 대기압체임버를 우측 대기압체임버와 연통시키는 연통수단(5a,14)이 구비되어 있다.
