CONSTITUTION: A durability testing device for a cylinder head gasket of a vehicle includes a first controller(10) for controlling first and second solenoid valves(12,14) mounted on a nonfreezing solution flow channel(6) introduced into a cooling nonfreezing solution storage chamber(40) and a cooler(44) for cooling the nonfreezing solution stored in the cooling nonfreezing solution storage chamber to circulate, a second controller(20) for controlling third and fourth solenoid valves(22,24) mounted on the nonfreezing solution flow channel introduced into a heating nonfreezing solution storage chamber(50) and a heater(54) for heating the nonfreezing solution stored in the heating nonfreezing solution storage chamber to circulate, and a third controller(30) for controlling a three-way valve(32) mounted on the nonfreezing solution flow channel introduced into an engine.

Abstract: 본 발명은 전기-유압식 가변 밸브 유닛에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 흡기 다기관 내의 압력을 높게 유지하여 엔진의 펌핑 손실을 줄이고, 밸브의 최대 리프트를 줄여 캠 축 구동의 손실을 줄임으로서 엔진의 연비를 향상시키는 전기-유압식가변 밸브 유닛에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 외부 일측에 제1 및 제2 오일 공급 유로가 형성되며, 상기 각각의 내경이 다르게 단차가 형성되는 실린더 헤드, 상기 실린더 헤드의 내측에 구비되며, 엔진 밸브와 접촉하여 구동을 조절하고, 후술할 주 피스톤의 궤적을 제공함과 동시에 유압 제동기능을 수행하며 상기 제2 공급유로와 대응되는 위치에 유로가 형성되는 종속피스톤, 캠의 구동력을 받고, 상기 종속피스톤의 내측에 구비되어 내주면과 슬라이딩되는 주 피스톤을 포함한다.
본 발명의 전기-유압식 가변 밸브 유닛에 의하면, 엔진의 부하가 낮은 운전 영역에서 흡기 밸브 담힘 시기를 앞당겨 엔진의 펌핑 손실을 저감하고, 운전 조건에 따라 1회의 캠 구동에 밸브 리프트를 1회 이상 발생시킴이 가능하여 같은 조건에서의 연소 효율을 증대 시키며, 고속 및 급가속 영역에서는 밸브 리프트를 유지하며 밸브 타이밍을 조절하여 출력을 최대화시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: A hydraulic chain tensioner is provided to prevent operational interruption by discharging easily residual air in an inside of a high pressure chamber of a plunger body in a starting state of an engine to the outside through an air ventilation line. A hydraulic chain tensioner includes an outer body, an inner body, a plunger body, a check valve, an air ventilation line, and a return spring. The outer body is inserted in a cylinder head. The inner body is mounted in the inside of the outer body. A low-pressure chamber for receiving oil is formed in the inside of the inner body. The plunger body is inserted into the cylinder head. The plunger body slides on an outer circumference of the inner body between the outer body and the inner body. The plunger body includes a high-pressure chamber connected to the low-pressure chamber. The check valve is installed in a connective path between the low-pressure chamber and the high-pressure chamber in order to suppress a counter current of oil from the high-pressure chamber to the low-pressure chamber. The air ventilation line is installed in the high-pressure chamber of the plunger body in order to generate elastic force as a retainer of the check valve. The return spring is formed to discharge the air from the inside of the high-pressure chamber to the outside between an installation side of the cylinder head and an outer circumference of the plunger body.
