Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel cell evaluation method is provided to measure the discrete potential of each electrode of a cell without changing the structure of a measurement cell and compare the measured potential with the potential of a reference cell, thereby detecting the damage to each electrode of the measurement cell. CONSTITUTION: Hydrogen and air inlet/outlet terminals of a measurement cell and a reference cell in a normal state are connected(S1). Cell voltages of the measurement cell and the reference cell for each current density are measured(S2). Anode voltage of the measurement cell is measured by measuring voltage between anodes of the reference cell and the measurement cell for each current density(S3). Cathode voltage is calculated by subtracting the measured anode voltage from the cell voltage of the measurement cell(S4). An electrode damage degree of the measurement cell is determined by respectively comparing the cathode voltages and the anode voltages of the measurement cell and the reference cell(S5).

Abstract: PURPOSE: An authentication control method for an immobilizer system of a vehicle in a low-voltage range is provided to prevent the unnecessary maintenance work due to the display of DTC(Diagnostic Trouble Code). CONSTITUTION: An authentication control method for an immobilizer system of a vehicle is as follows. The power source of a battery is detected. If the battery power is 9V or greater, an ECU and an immobilizer unit are normally operated and starts authentication. The immobilizer unit or the communications is determined as error in the authentication failure. If the battery power is 4.75~9V, the ECU does not discontinue authentication and continuously detects the battery power. If the battery power is over 9V, the authentication request is processed again.
