Abstract: A rear shock absorber mounting structure for a vehicle is disclosed. Abstract: PURPOSE: A steering wheel unit is provided to easily absorb the impact energy when the set impact energy is generated. CONSTITUTION: A steering wheel unit comprises a horn cover(100), a skirt(105), a EA foam(110), a support plate, a venting leg, a moving case, a guide, and a spring. The outer side of the horn cover is pushed by a driver to sound a horn. The skirt is formed to be covered edges of the EA foam and a slit is formed in one side. The EA foam is arranged in the inner space of the skirt in the lower part of the horn cover. The support plate is installed in the lower part of the EA foam and supports the EA foam to the up by the venting leg. The venting leg supports the EA foam towards the horn cover. The venting leg forms an impact absorption space between the EA foam and the upper part of the moving case. The moving case supports the venting leg. The guide is fixed in the lower part of the moving case. The spring is arranged coping with the guide and elastically support the upper part of the moving case.

Abstract: A reinforcing structure of collapse stroke of a steering column is provided to install a motor driven power steering system easily, and to arrange a driver's seat conveniently by inserting a reinforcing tube between an inner tube and an outer tube and obtaining collapse stroke of the steering column without overlap of the tube at a collision. An inner tube(11) and an outer tube(12) are formed in a steering column(100), and a reinforcing tube(20) is inserted to the steering column. An end of the outer tube is fastened to an end of the reinforcing tube, and the other end of the reinforcing tube is contacted to a side of the inner tube overlapped with the outer tube. The inner tube slides along the reinforcing tube to gain collapse stroke in collapsing the steering column at a collision of a vehicle. Thus, collapse stroke of the steering column is calculated regardless of overlap of the inner tube and the outer tube.
