Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil pump controller operating method of the hybrid vehicle is provided to exclude the electric shock concerns of the worker which can be generated while the connector separation or the bond work of the oil pump controller. CONSTITUTION: An oil pump controller operating method of the hybrid comprises: a starting-off checking step(S10) which verifies if the ignition key of the vehicle is off; and a pump operation step(S30) which generates an operation order to operate a motor-driven oil pump right after the ignition key is off. An oil pump controller operating method of the hybrid also includes a power latch initiation checking step(S20) which verifies if the power latch section of the oil pump controller after the starting-off checking step. A pump operation step generates an operational order to operate an electric oil pump for a certain period of time in case the power latch section is confirmed to be started in the power latch ignition checking step. In the pump operation step, the certain period of time that generates the operational order of a motor operated oil pump is set to be finished before the end of the power latch section. The pump operation step is executed during the power latch section of the oil pump controller after the starting-off checking step. The pump operation step is composed to finish in case the output voltage of the oil pump controller gets lower than the reference voltage during power latch section. Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil pump rattle noise reduction method is provided to control the rattle noise of an oil pump by controlling a hydraulic circuit which forms the valve body of the oil pump and an auto transmission. CONSTITUTION: A TCU(Transmission Control Unit) executes control which is optimized according to producing conditions. The TCU senses that the location of a transmission range is P or N(S10). The TCU determines whether the oil temperature of ATF(Auto Transmission Fluid) is over than 90 degrees or not(S20). The TCU determines whether an engine cooling fan is off or not when stopping an engine(S30). The TCU increases the line pressure of a hydraulic circuit which is connected to an oil pump to 10bar.
