PURPOSE: A measuring system and method of a speed gun, a recording medium are provided to test the speed gun by using carriage wave frequency emitting from the speed gun without a local oscillator or a tuning fork. CONSTITUTION: A speed measuring unit(100) comprises a speed gun(110). The speed gun measures the transition speed of a target by emitting carriage wave frequency for measuring the speed of the target. A modulation means(200) comprises a modulator(210) and a signal source(220). The modulator emits a modulated signal is to the speed measuring unit by modulating the carriage wave frequency and Doppler frequency of the target. The signal source creates continuous waves corresponding to the Doppler frequency and inputs the continuous waves in the modulator.

PURPOSE: A system for measuring a power consumption amount is provided to calculate a power consumption amount of a consumer based on exact time data. CONSTITUTION: A power meter(120) receives time information broadcasting and measures power consumption amount of a consumer by time based on the time information broadcasting. A power meter settling unit(130) receives the power consumption amount data of the consumer from the power meter and settles the electric charge of the consumer. A safety system(160) controls a load(150) and informs an overload status of the customer if an overload generates in the consumer.

PURPOSE: A device for collecting and injecting an online sample, and a method for collecting and injecting the online sample using the same are provided to collect a sample in extreme low temperature, and to inject the sample to a sample analyzer by heating the sample. CONSTITUTION: A device for collecting and injecting an online sample comprises a passage converting valve(1) and a sample collector(2). The passage converting valve has multiple in/put ports. The sample collector is installed between sample loops. The sample loops are connected to a gap between one pair of in/out ports. The sample collector has a cooling unit and a heating unit. The cooling and heating units selectively cool and heat the sample.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for automatically correcting low-temperature of a thermometer are provided to automatically control the temperature of a low temperature maintain unit, and to complete correction until the temperature is naturally risen. CONSTITUTION: A system for automatically correcting low-temperature of a thermometer comprises a low temperature maintaining unit(100), a temperature control unit(200), a temperature measuring unit(300), and a controller(400). The low temperature maintaining unit has a reference thermometer(111) and a target thermometer(112), and maintains a low-temperature state. The temperature control unit controls the temperature of the low temperature maintaining unit. The temperature measuring unit measures the temperature of the reference thermometer and the target thermometer. The controller controls the temperature control unit, and reports the measured temperature.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for scan generation of scanning electron microscope is provided to implement an image processing without a delay in real time by processing an image obtained by electronic beam and generation. CONSTITUTION: A scan image control processor(110) controls the scan signal and image signal. A programmable timer counter(120) generates a clock control signal, and a specific clock. According to the FIFO(File Input File Output), a scan control logic(130) generates a mode control signal, a scan control signal. A high speed ADC(Analog Digital Converter)(160) outputs the inputted analog signal to the digital image signal. An image FIFO(170) is controlled with the FIFO scan control logic. The video signal is outputted to the scan image control processor.

PURPOSE: A reversible magnetic permeability measurement apparatus is provided to measure the magnetic field on the surface of a specimen by using a potentiometer and a magnetic flux meter. CONSTITUTION: A surface type probe(10) comprises a coil(11) for applying DC magnetic field, a coil(12) for applying magnetic field, a detection coil(13), and a ferrite core(14). The potentiometer(20) senses the magnetic field induced on the surface of the specimen(1). An AC generator(30) applies the AC magnetic field to the coil for applying the AC magnetic field. A phase locked amplifier(40) measures a reversible permeability induced in the detection coil. The magnetic flux meter(50) measures the induced magnetic field on the surface of the specimen. A power amplifier(70) applies the electricity the coil for applying the DC magnetic field. A microcomputer(80) directly calculates the reversible permeability and the magnetic field.

A calibration/test device and method of a mass flowmeter equipped on a vacuum system are provided to improve efficiency of quality control by calibrating/testing the mass flowmeter with comparing it with a reference mass flowmeter attached to a mobile correction device. A calibration/test device of a mass flowmeter equipped on a vacuum system comprises a vacuum valve(14) and a mass flowmeter valve(16) to be corrected, which are serially installed in a pipeline, a connection port(18) connecting the vacuum valve and the mass flowmeter valve, and a mobile mass flowmeter correction device(100) connected to the connection port. A relay for high voltage and current is provided to short external power connected to both sides of a contact electrode part by bringing connecting electrodes connected to both sides of a connecting electrode fixing plate into contact with the contact electrode parts through the movement of a central axis. In a relay for high voltage and current, a connecting electrode fixing plate(30) is vertically coupled at the center of a central axis(10). Connecting electrodes(50) are coupled at both sides of the connecting electrode fixing plate. A driving unit is connected to one end of the central axis to move the central axis forward and backward. A fixing plate(20) of the contact electrode part is coupled between both ends of the central axis and the fixing plate.
