The present invention relates to a method for producing ultrafine powder of ginseng with increased specific ginsenoside, which has the characteristics of making dried ginseng unltrafine powder and processing the same with far-infrared radiation, ultrafine powder of ginseng manufactured by the method and food containing the ultrafine powder of ginseng, providing a new type of ultrafine powder of ginseng with increased content of ginsenoside of functional materials of ginseng and food containing the same.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the following: a method for producing a mixture of rice, ginseng, and Japanese apricot with increased contents of specific ginsenoside which includes a step of producing the mixture of ginseng, rice starch, and a Japanese apricot extract, and a step of extruding and drying the mixture; the mixture of the rice, ginseng, and Japanese apricot; ultrafine powder of the mixture of the rice, ginseng, and Japanese apricot obtained by finely crushing the mixture; and food and drink containing the mixture of the the rice, ginseng, and Japanese apricot.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Buckwheat sprout powder and food containing thereof are provided to offer the increased quercetin content of the functional buckwheat sprout powder. CONSTITUTION: Dried buckwheat sprouts are pulverized, and buckwheat sprouts are irradiated with far infrared rays at 100-120°C for 50-70 minutes. The far infrared rays emit the wavelength of 3-15 micrometers.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A producing method of soybean powder with improved content of isoflavone is provided to use far infrared rays for improving the concentration of genistein and daidzein. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of soybean powder with improved content of isoflavone comprises the following steps: crushing soybeans; and radiating the soybeans with far infrared rays at 140-200 deg. C for 15-60 minutes. The isoflavone is selected from genistein or daidzein. The wavelength of the far infrared rays is 2-15 micrometers.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing Chrysanthemum indicum extract with enhanced anti-inflammation activity is provided to produce a functional food. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Chrysanthemum indicum extract with enhanced anti-inflammatory activity comprises: a step of collecting petals of Chrysanthemum indicum; a step of drying Chrysanthemum indicum by far infrared ray to enhance anti-inflammatory activity; and a step of extracting the dried Chrysanthemum indicum with a solvent and concentrating. A Chrysanthemum indicum herb tea for enhancing anti-inflammatory activity contains the Chrysanthemum indicum extract.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cultivation method of rosemary is provided to use the rosemary as health supplementary functional food by increasing the content of rosmarinic acid. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of rosemary comprises the following steps: drying young leaves and stems of the rosemary by irradiating far-infrared rays with the wavelength of 2~14micrometers in 100~120deg C for 5~20 minutes. The drying efficiency of the rosemary is enhanced during the process.
Abstract:
A method for mass-producing an Oplopanax elatus Nakai plantlet is provided to establish an in vitro mass-production system of the Oplopanax elatus Nakai, thereby mass-propagating the Oplopanax elatus Nakai with useful medicinal effects but hard to be bred. A method for mass-producing an Oplopanax elatus Nakai plantlet comprises the steps of: (a) explanting a tissue segment of Oplopanax elatus Nakai roots in an MS culture medium to induce directly somatic embryos; (b) culturing the induced somatic embryos in a liquid culture medium or a solid culture medium to propagate them; (c) culturing the propagated somatic embryos in a liquid culture medium or a solid culture medium having a pH of 5.0-5.75 to redifferentiate a plantlet; and (d) acclimatizing the redifferentiated plantlet in a soil where bed soil and sand are mixed in a ratio of 1:1.
Abstract:
A method for mass-propagating Oplopanax elatus Nakai plantlet is provided to establish the in vitro mass-production system of Oplopanax elatus Nakai, one of endangered plant species, thereby mass-producing the Oplopanax elatus Nakai which has useful pharmacological effects and is hard to be propagated. A method for mass-propagating Oplopanax elatus Nakai plantlet comprises the steps of: (a) germinating washed Oplopanax elatus Nakai seeds in an SH medium or a B5 medium at a temperature of 25 deg.C for 16 hours light condition and 8 hours dark condition; (b) culturing a fragment body of the germinated in vitro plant in a liquid medium or a solid medium to induce somatic embryos; (c) culturing the induced somatic embryos in a liquid medium or a solid medium to proliferate them; (d) culturing the proliferated somatic embryos in a liquid medium or a solid medium to redifferentiate a plantlet; and (e) acclimatizing the redifferentiated platelet in soil consisting of bed soil and sand in a mixture ratio of 1:1.
