본발명은섬유화질환의개선또는예방용식품조성물및 이의제조방법에관한것으로 (A) 깐마늘을 250℃에서로스팅하는단계; (B) 상기로스팅된깐마늘을냉각시키는단계; 및 (C) 상기냉각된깐마늘을열풍건조시켜반건조구운마늘을제조하는단계;를포함함으로써, 노화에의해유발되는섬유화질환을개선또는예방할수 있다. 또한, 독성이없으므로식품의형태로섭취할수 있다.

본발명은비쑥(Waldst.)의고압열수추출물을포함하고, a) 알츠하이머병유발인자인아밀로이드생성에관여하는 BACE1의발현을억제; b) 뇌에서아밀로이드분해또는제거에관여하는 IDE 및 LRP1의발현을촉진; c) 과인산화타우(tau) 단백질형성을억제; 및 d) 뇌조직에산화스트레스를감소시키는. 알츠하이머병예방조성물을제공한다.
Abstract:
본 발명의 열처리소금 제조용 황토 용기는, 황토를 325 mesh를 통과한 1-40 μm 의 미세 입자의 황토를 얻는 단계; 상기 황토에 물과 삼성분계소지를 첨가하여 혼합하여 혼합물을 만드는 단계; 상기 혼합물을 균질화하여 슬러리를 만드는 단계; 상기한 슬러리를 (석고)몰드에 넣어 황토 용기를 성형한 다음 그늘에서 자연 건조하는 단계; 상기한 성형된 황토 용기를 섭씨 1200 내지 1400도에서 40 내지 80 분간 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기한 황토와 물은 그 혼합 비율이 1 : 1 중량비율인 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기한 황토와 삼성분계소지의 혼합 비율은, 황토 70-95중량%와 삼성분계소지 5-30중량% 비율인 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기한 성형되는 황토 용기는 원통 형상이며, 그 크기는 직경이 10-15센치미터, 높이가 10-14센치미너, 두께가 0.5 내지 1 센치미터인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하여 제조된 열처리소금 제조용 황토 용기는 본 발명자가 종래 출원한 미네랄 죽염의 제조에 사용한 세라믹 용기에 비해 저비용으로 제조가 가능하고, 기존 황토 용기에서 문제가 되는 열처리소금의 손실이 거의 발생하지 않아 원료비 등의 제조비용을 절감하고 생산 효율을 높일 수 있는 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 열처리소금 제조용 황토 용기로 본 발명자가 종래 출원한 미네랄 죽염의 제조 방법과 동일한 방법으로 제조된 미네랄죽염은 건강 기능성이 우수하다고 알려진 자색을 지닌 열처리소금(즉 자죽염)에 비해 미네랄이 풍부하고 기능성 가스신호전달물질인 황화수소를 생성하는 물질을 다량 함유하고 있다.

The present invention relates to a medicinal composition for treating or preventing diabetes and a functional composition for improving or preventing diabetes containing Spergularia marina as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION: A therapeutic agent for treating gastritis and gastric ulcer contains purple bamboo salts as an active ingredient, containing hydrogen sulfide. A method or preparing the purple bamboo salts comprises: a step of inputting bay salts and cut bamboo chips into a ceramic tank; a step of heating the ceramic tank at 1,000-1,200 Deg. C. for 50-90 minutes; a step of sealing and cooling the ceramic tank by 15-25 Deg. C.; a step of pulverizing the salts; and a step of repeating the steps 2-5 times. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of green tea having skin condition improving functions comprises the following steps: grinding tea tree stems in acetone; filtering the ground tea tree stems to obtain residues to obtain a functionality enhancing composition; reacting the functionality enhancing composition with conventional green tea for 4 hours 30 minutes-7 hours 30 minutes in a reaction solvent at the pH of 5-7; extracting steam from the green tea by heating the green tea with distilled water; and adding an organic solvent containing n-pentane, diethyl ether, and ethanol to the steam for obtaining a substance having the elastase inhibiting activity, and concentrating the substance using a chromatography method.

CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Ocimum basilicum salt for preventing or treating diabetes comprises: a step of adding salt to water and heating to prepare a salt solution; a step of adding Ocimum basilicum to the salt solution and heating for 70-97 minutes; a step of concentrating the salt solution to prepare concentrate; and a step of filtering the concentrate and drying. The salt is bay salt. A food composition for preventing or treating diabetes contains salt and the Ocimum basilicum extract as an active ingredient.
