Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for assembling and disassembling a seat for a vehicle is provided to easily assemble and disassemble a seat by reducing the weight of the seat and improve the mounting performance of the seat. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for assembling and disassembling a seat(10) for a vehicle comprises a striker pipe(12), a spiral spring(13), a support pipe(14), a rotary rubber wheel(15) elastically supporting the support pipe, a fixing hook(17), a rotary hook(16), a stopper for fixing(20), and a rotary locking unit(18) for preventing rotation of the rotary hook. The striker pipe is formed in a through hole(11a) of seat legs(11) installed at the lower end of a seat(10) and is fixed on the floor of a vehicle body. The spiral spring is elastically installed at the insertion position of the through hole so that the striker pipe is rotated and restored. The support pipe is installed near to the rear striker pipe and is fixed to the seat legs for extension downward. The fixing hook and the rotary hook are installed at the bottom of the seat legs to fix the striker pipe. The stopper for fixing is installed on the floor(30) of the vehicle body between the support pipe and the rear striker pipe to prevent rotation of the rotary hook.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Mounting structure of a separable seat for a vehicle is provided to use a wire conveniently by fixing an insertion unit in an installation hole simply, and to reduce the weight of the vehicle by eliminating a striker and a mounting bracket. CONSTITUTION: A seat(10) is installed and separated from a floor(20) of a vehicle body, and an insertion part(30) having a wire operating fixing unit is formed in the lower part of a seat cushion(12). The insertion part is fixed in the installation hole of the vehicle body floor, and the fixing unit is supported elastically by a first spring and a second spring. Springs are compressed in releasing a wire(31), and first and second slide bodies are protruded in left and right parts of the insertion part. A third slide body is supported elastically by a third spring, and connected to the wire. The third slide body is pulled upward with compressing the third spring in pulling the wire. Convenience is improved with fixing the insertion part in the installation hole by operating the wire, and the weight of the vehicle is reduced with eliminating the striker and the mounting bracket.
