Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition plate where the heat insulation effect never decreases from the cause of chill penetration and the manhour in integration is small, in a partition plate for the heat insulating box used for a refrigerator, a freezer, or a show case. SOLUTION: A partition plate 12 of a heat insulating box 18 used for a refrigerator or a show case is made by molding a dew receiver 13, a drain pipe 14, and a defrosting heater attachment 15, and a freezing preventive heater catching attachment 15 integrally by blow molding. Then, heat insulating material 18 is injected from an injection port 17, and it is fixed to a heat insulating wall 20, thus providing the partition plate with small manhour in integration without reducing the heat insulation effect.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly ignite a heat insulating member even though flame approaches an outer case, by sticking a metallic sheet such as aluminum, whose shape covers the filling opening of a heat insulating case body after filling the heat insulating member. SOLUTION: This heat insulating case body is formed in a manner that a metallic sheet 2 is stuck to cover a filling opening 6 after a heat insulating member 4 is filled into a sealed space 7 comprising an outer case 3 and an inner case 5. One surface of the metallic sheet 2 is coated with a vinyl chloride layer 9 having thickness of 0.2mm, so that the metallic sheet 2 is prevented from being curved and the sticking work of the other surface of the metallic sheet 2 to the outer case 3 by the bonding layer 8 can be facilitated. Hereby, even though flame 19 approaches the vicinity of the filling opening 6 or the outer case 3, the flame 19 is shut out by the metallic sheet 2, and prevented from being extended from the filling opening 6 to a heat insulating member 4 side.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an adiabatic door for a refrigerator, etc., strong in the adhesivity of a cap door to an urethane resin adiabatic material used HCFC 123 as a foaming agent and not causing cracking and discoloration of the cap door by employing the resin cap door comprising a specific material. CONSTITUTION:The objective product is produced by integrally foaming an urethane adiabatic material in a adiabatic space formed from a resin cap door and a metal door surface plate. The adiabatic material is produced from an organic polyisocyanate containing 40-90wt.% of polymeric MDI, etc., as a NCO component, while HCFC 123, HCFC 141b or their mixture is used as the foaming agent. The resin cap door comprises a composition containing a graft copolymer produced by copolymerizing 30-50wt.% of (i) a vinyl cyanide compound with (ii) 50-70wt.% of an aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of a conjugated dienic rubber, a copolymer comprising 30-50wt.% of the component i and 50-70wt.% of the component ii, and n-butyl acrylate/n-propyl acrylate copolymer coated with the copolymer comprising 30-50wt.% of the component i and 50-70wt.% of the component ii.

A spacer 10 made of a compressed high density insulation material whose foams are completely crushed is pasted on the internal surfaces of an inner box 2 or an outer box 2 which are matched with a part 6 of a wall thickness between the outer box 2 and the inner box 3 which changes dramatically compared with the thickness of the surrounding wall.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To fix surely a vacuum thermal insulated plate to an outer box and to prevent a thermal deformation of the outer box by a method wherein the vacuum thermal insulated plate is fixed to the outer box with a heat cured type double-sided tape and the heat cured type double-sided tape is hardened with reaction heat generated when the foamed thermal insulating material is hardened. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum thermal insulating plate 8 formed to be adapted for a shape of a condensing pipe 9 at an installing location of the condensing pipe in advance is arranged in a thermal insulating space 5 formed by a plastic inner box 2 and a metallic outer box 3. Concurrently, the vacuum thermal insulating plate 8 is fixed to an inner surface of the metallic outer box 3 with an epoxy heat hardened double- sided tape 12. Under this condition, foamed thermal insulating material 7 is filled in the thermal insulated space 5 through a feeding port 6. The heat hardened type double-sided tape 12 is hardened with a reaction heat generated when the foamed thermal insulated material 7 is hardened, resulting in that the vacuum thermal insulated plate 8 can be easily and positively fixed to the metallic outer box 3. With such an arrangement as above, since a local heating generated when a hot-melt adhesive agent is applied can be eliminated, the thermal deformation of the outer box 3 can be prevented.
