Abstract: An apparatus and a method for measuring rpm for a brushed DC motor are provided to notify a user of an error of the brushed DC motor by diagnosing the error. An apparatus for measuring rpm for a brushed DC motor(100) includes an over current detection comparator(210), a counter electromotive force detection unit(220), and a motor controller(230). The over current detection comparator detects an over current by measuring a current supplied to the motor and comparing the current with a reference voltage. The counter electromotive force detection unit detects counter electromotive force of the motor. The motor controller outputs a driving control signal by mixing a motor switching signal and speed data, controls the motor to be turned off when the over current is detected, determines rpm of the motor through the detected counter electromotive force, and determines whether the driving control signal is varied or not.

Abstract: A multi-valve with a filling valve and a fuel feeding system for a gas vehicle are provided to prevent failure of a fuel pump and to increase lifespan of the fuel pump by filling a bombe with filtered liquefied gas fuel. A multi-valve(200) with a filling valve includes a base plate(230), a valve block(240), and a filling valve(250). The base plate is installed on exterior of the bombe. The valve block is protruded on an upper plane of the base plate and is connected to a fuel supply line and a fuel returning line. The filling valve is installed on the upper plane of the base plate, injects liquefied gas fuel to the bombe, and includes a body(251) and a check valve(252). The body contains the liquefied gas fuel, receives the liquefied gas fuel through an injection port(251a) and injects the liquefied gas fuel into the bombe through an exhaust port(251b). The check valve is installed on the injection port and selectively opens and closes the injection port.

Abstract: An air mixing apparatus of a gas fuel vehicle is provided to reduce the number of parts, simplify construction, and reduce the number of assembly processes by integrating a mixer body with an actuator body, and to precisely maintain the opening angle by interposing a reduction gear between a valve shaft and a motor. An air mixing apparatus(1000) of a gas fuel vehicle includes a mixer and an actuator(300). The mixer includes a mixer body having an intake passage(220) therein, a throttle valve installed in the intake passage, and a valve shaft secured to the throttle valve. The actuator includes a motor, a reduction gear which is connected at an input end to the motor and is connected at an output end to the valve shaft, and an actuator body which accommodates the motor and the reduction gear therein. The actuator body is integrated with the mixer body. A driven gear of the reduction gear is connected to the valve shaft. One end of the actuator body is opened and a cover is mounted to the open end. The reduction gear includes a pinion gear connected to the motor, a large gear engaging with the pinion gear, a smaller gear installed on the same axis as the large gear, and the driven gear connected to the valve shaft. The driven gear includes a support disc to which the valve shaft is coupled, and an engagement part which is provided on the outer portion of the disc to engage with the small gear. A magnet is installed in the support disc, and a throttle position sensor is installed at the inner portion of the cover in such a way as to be opposite the magnet.
