Abstract: A rear differential mounting device of a vehicle is provided to reduce the peak value of resonant frequency to the rear differential by circulating working fluid, filling the inside of the rear differential, to the oil path of a bush. A rear differential mounting device of a vehicle comprises: a fastening bolt(100) consisting of a head(110) and a body(120); a bush(200) unitarily injection-molded with covering the head of the fastening bolt; and a rear differential case which accepts the bush in order to circulate the working fluid in the oil path(210). The body of the fastening bolt is fixed to the car body and the head is positioned inside the rear differential. In the bush, the spiral oil path is concavely shaped on the outer circumference. The car body in which the fastening bolt is fixed is a rear sub frame.
