Abstract: PURPOSE: A steering wheel warning device including a vibration function is provided to improve driving safety of a driver and emotional quality of a user relative to a vibration method of an existing seat belt by using a steering wheel to transmit the information of a dangerous situation during driving. CONSTITUTION: A steering wheel warning device(1) comprises a vibration unit(10), a warning emission unit(20), a sensing unit(30), and a control unit(40). The vibration unit is driven by the control unit and vibrates a steering wheel. The warning emission unit emits predetermined warning sounds. The sensing unit transmits environment outside a vehicle and comprises a camera sensor(32) and a radar sensor(34). The control unit collects vehicle information by interlocking with an electronic device inside the vehicle and determined a level of dangerous situation of the driving vehicle by using sensed information and collected information. The control unit corresponds to the dangerous situation and controls the vibration unit to vibrate the steering wheel. Abstract: PURPOSE: An exterior air bag device for a vehicle is provided to reduce costs and a weight because a separate pipe transferring air bag gas and to enhance a shock absorbing performance by forming a structure in which an absorber can be installed. CONSTITUTION: An exterior air bag device for a vehicle comprises an inflator(41), an airbag cushion(42), and a gas moving hole. The inflator is fixed in a rear surface of a back beam(12). The inflator is closely adhere to the rear surface of the back beam(12) when an inflator housing is joined to the back beam while the inflator is covered by the inflator housing. The air bag cushion and gas moving hole are fixed to a front surface of the back beam. The gas moving hole transfers the air bag gas generated in the inflator to the air bag cushion.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for cooling battery of an electric vehicle and a battery charging method using thereof are provided to minimize charge delay due to temperature increase of the battery and stopping of a charge diary. CONSTITUTION: A system for cooling battery of an electric vehicle comprises an air-conditioning unit, a cooling duct, a betting duct, a cooling fan, and a damper apparatus. The air-conditioning unit provides air-conditioner cold air which passed through an evaporator. The cooling duct is connected to an air injection hole of the battery pack and an outlet. The air-conditioner cold air is discharged from an outlet of the air-conditioning unit. The betting duct is connected from a vehicles indoor inlet to the cooling duct. The cooling fan inhales inner air of the vehicle through the betting duct. The damper apparatus is installed in a connecting unit of the betting duct and cooling duct.
