Abstract: PURPOSE: A continuously variable valve timing device is provided to minimize the capacity of the device by installing a motor inside a cam shaft holder and to reduce noise caused by backlash. CONSTITUTION: A continuously variable valve timing device comprises a cam shaft holder(130), a cam sprocket(140), a lead screw(230), and a moving member. The cam shaft holder is fixed to a cam shaft(100). The cam sprocket surrounds the cam shaft holder. The lead screw is coupled to the cam shaft holder and the cam sprocket and rotates the cam shaft holder and the cam sprocket in the opposite direction to each other. The moving member is powered by a motor and moves the lead screw. The moving member comprises a screw nut(210) and a screw shaft(200). The screw nut moves the bottom end of the lead screw. One end of the screw shaft is coupled to the motor.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable valve lift device is provided to improve the dynamic characteristic of a cam shaft and a valve by allowing a latching unit to pass through a center shaft of the longitudinal direction of the valve and the center of the cam shaft. CONSTITUTION: A variable valve lift device comprises a variable shaft, an inner body(120), an outer body(125) and a latching pin. One side of the inner body installed to the variable shaft rotatably and the other side of the inner body and transfers the valve(115) by a cam shaft and a low cam(105). A latching pin chamber of the inner body is opened to the other side according to the center shaft of the longitudinal direction. One side of the outer body is inserted in the variable shaft rotatably, the other side of the outer body is moved by a high cam of the cam shaft. The supporting part(135) of the outer body faces with the latching pin chamber. A latching pin is inserted into the latching pin chamber. The latching pin is protruded from the latching pin chamber at a set length by the oil pressure supplied from an oil pipe to the latching chamber.

CONSTITUTION: A device for improving turbo lag comprises an intake path(30), a turbo charger(20), a bypass(40), a second compressor(75), and a drive shaft. The intake path is connected to an exhaust manifold to discharge exhaust gas in the manifold to outside. The turbo charger connected to a turbine rotates with the turbine and comprises a first compressor to compress the air in the intake path. The bypass is branched from a first spot and joined with the intake path in a second spot of the intake path located in a low part of the first spot. The second compressor compresses the air passing through the bypass. The drive shaft selectively supplies the power through a power transmission unit to the second compressor.
