Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for operating a broadcast service domain divided into two sections in a wireless communications system are provided to supply the broadcast service in an MBS(Multicast Broadcast Service) zone and improve macro diversity gain about a broadcast service. CONSTITUTION: A controller(410) confirms a broadcast service area partitioning according to a channel condition to two to domain frames. A modulation decision unit decides a channel modulation mode of each domain in consideration of the channel condition about the domain frame. A communications unit(400) transmits the channel modulating mode decided with each domain frame. According to the broadcast service domain is the interference by the neighboring base center, it separates to the first area which does not receive the influence of interference and the second part receiving the influence of interference. A base stations locating in the first area uses the same resources, and the time and channel modulating mode. The same broadcast data is transmitted.

PURPOSE: A method for forming a phase change memory unit, a manufacturing method of a phase change memory device using the same, and a phase change memory device formed by the same are provided to prevent deterioration of a phase change material film. CONSTITUTION: A conductive film is formed on a substrate(100) in which a trench is formed. A first electrode is formed by flattening a top part of the conductive film until a top surface of the substrate is exposed. A second spacer is formed, and covers a part of the first electrode. A phase change material film is formed on the first electrode and the second spacer. A second electrode is formed on the phase change material film.

A semiconductor device having a resistor pattern and a method of fabrication the same are provided to realize high electrical property and reliability by forming a resistance pattern with a polysilicon layer while forming polysilicon with a gate electrode. In a semiconductor device having a resistor pattern and a method of fabrication the same, an element isolation film is formed on a substrate and divides each region. A gate electrode(180) comprises a side wall on a substrate active region, and a source and drain impurity layer are adjacent to the top of the substrate to the gate sidewall structure. A resistance pattern structural layer is formed on the same layer with a same film, and a gate electrode comprises a metal silicide layer.

A system and a method for setting the authentication mode in wireless communication system are provided to decrease the time for needing the authentication by reducing the reattempt due to the authentication failure. An authentication procedure between a base station and a wireless terminal are as follows. The channel which the wireless terminal uses is obtained between the wireless terminal and an ASN(Access Service Network) base station through the ranging process(S301). ID of NAP is obtained through the NAP(Network Access Provider) & NSP discovery process(S302). The wireless terminal obtains the ID list of NSP connected to NAP through the SBC negotiation process(S303). The wireless terminal receives the EAP require-message which the wireless terminal receives from the ASN base station and obtains the authentication mode information of the H-CSN base station(S304). The H-CSN base station receives the EAP response message through the ASN base station, and confirms the authentication mode of the wireless terminal(S305). If the authentication mode of the wireless terminal coincides with the authentication mode of the base station, performs the authentication procedure(S306).

DAB 수신장치에서 수신한 데이터를 디스플레이할 때, 그 디스플레이에 관한 정보를 고속정보채널(FIC)을 이용하여 수신하여 디스플레이를 제어하는 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따라, 디지털 오디오 방송(DAB)에서의 서비스 디스플레이 정보 송신방법은 (a) 제공되는 서비스를 수신장치에서 디스플레이 하는데 필요한 정보를, 서비스 데이터 채널과는 다른 채널에 담는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 담겨진 디스플레이 정보를 DAB 전송 프레임으로 다중화하여 송신하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 여러가지 서비스를 효율적으로 보여주며 서로 다른 DAB 수신장치라고 하더라고 통일적으로 서비스를 보여줄 수 있어, 사용자 인터페이스 측면에서 효율적이다.

A method for playing a file using history in a digital media player is provided to record a sorting atmosphere of files in a history list and to sort the file list based on a sorting standard so as to select/play other sorted files under the same condition, thereby increasing utilization of the digital media player. A method for playing a file using history in a digital media player comprises: sorting files stored in a memory based on a set sorting condition to generate the sorted file list(100); selecting files to be played and playing the files(102); storing a sorting standard of each file and an index number(104); generating a history list based on the sorting standard and the index number(106); generating the sorted file list by using the sorting standard and playing the file of the selected index number(110); selecting the file from the sorted file list(112); and playing the selected file(114).

A system for transmitting/receiving AVSB(Advanced Vestigial Side Band) data and a processing method thereof are provided to effectively utilize an option field, especially a private data entry region. A system for transmitting/receiving AVSB data includes adapter unit(110), a sputter unit(120), a randomization unit(130), a de-randomization unit(140), and an SRS(Supplementary Reference Signal) insertion unit(150). The adapter unit receives a normal transmission stream from a service mutiplexer(163). The randomization unit randomizes the stream outputted from the adapter unit to provide the randomized stream to the sputter unit. The sputter unit receives a turbo stream from a multi-stream interleaver(187) to write the turbo stream in a private data entry region. The de-randomization unit de-randomizes the AVSB data inserted from the sputter unit. The SRS insertion unit inserts an SRS into a front part in the private data entry region as the AVSB data when receiving the de-randomized stream.

An intra/inter predicting method and an apparatus thereof are provided to improve a compression rate of image decoding by accurately generating estimated motion vectors of sub-blocks included in an image processing unit. The first intra-prediction performing unit(410) generates the first prediction value of an image processing unit by performing intra-predicting on sub-blocks by using pixels adjacent to each of the sub-blocks. The second intra-prediction performing unit(420) generates the second prediction value of the image processing unit by performing intra-predicting on the sub-blocks by using pixels adjacent to each of the sub-blocks included in the first prediction value. The first intra prediction performing unit includes the first intra search unit for searching a previously coded region in a current picture and the first prediction value generating unit for generating the first prediction value.

A cassette for receiving a substrate includes a couple of sides(20a,20b), upper and lower surfaces(30,40), front and rear surfaces(50,60), a support member(33), a guide member(43) and a fixing member(63). The sides are opposed to each other. The upper and lower surfaces are formed on the upper and lower parts of a couple of sides. The support member is installed on the lower surface to support the lower part of the glass substrate. The guide member is installed on the upper surface and guides each glass substrate to be received. The fixing member is installed on the rear surface to fix the glass substrate in the received state.

무선 송수신 시스템에서 비디오를 포함하는 멀티미디어 데이터를 무선패킷으로 송수신하는 멀티미디어 송수신장치 및 그 방법이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명은 패킷망에서 멀티미디어 송신또는/및수신 시스템에 있어서, 패킷화된 한 개 또는 그 이상의 소스 패킷들에 대해 비균등적으로 에러프로텍션하는 과정을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면 소스 패킷들에 대해 비균일하게 에러 프로텍션함으로써 H.323등 기존 패킷망에서의 송수신 프로토콜의 스택(stack)의 변화없이 멀티미디어 특히 비디오 데이터의 무선 환경에서의 에러 레질리언스를 향상 시킬 수있다.
