본 발명은 비변형 고체표면을 선택적으로 광응답형 코팅막으로 개질하는 방법 및 광응답형 코팅막을 이용한 활성물질 고정화 방법에 관한 것으로, 산화 또는 질화되지 않은 비변형 고체표면만을 수소로 개질시키는 단계; 수소로 개질된 비변형 고체표면에 광을 이용하여 EGPA 코팅막을 형성하는 단계; 상기 EGPA 코팅막의 아민 보호기 또는 아민염을 제거하여 EGA 코팅막을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 EGA 코팅막을 이용하여 상기 비변형 고체표면상에 광에 응답하는 작용기를 갖는 코팅막을 형성하는 단계를 거쳐 비변형 고체표면만을 선택적으로 광응답형 코팅막으로 개질하고, 상기 개질된 비변형 고체표면에 활성물질을 접촉시키고 광을 조사하여 상기 활성물질을 고정시킨다. 선택적 개질, 광응답형 코팅막, 활성물질, 고정화

PURPOSE: Metriptase-specific human antibody is provided to be usefully used to diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cancer which is a disease related to the manifestation and be especially used as a kit for cancer diagnosis. CONSTITUTION: Human monoclonal antibody specific to matriptase protein or a fraction having immunological activity of the antibody comprises heavy chain complementarity determining regions (HCDR1) having an amino acid sequence of the sequence number 12, heavy chain that includes the heavy variable domain (V_H) which includes HCDR2 having an amino acid sequence of the sequence number 13 and HCDR3 having an amino acid sequence of the sequence number 14, light chain complementarity determining regions (HCDR1) having an amino acid sequence of the sequence number 16 and light chain having light variable domain (V_L) which includes LCDR2 having an amino acid sequence of the sequence number 17 and LCDR3 having an amino acid sequence of the sequence number 18.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus for pretreatment of blood, comprising an albumin removing part and an aggregation part, is provided to quickly remove albumin from whole blood with high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for pretreatment of blood comprises an injection part(110), an albumin removing part(120), an aggregation part(130). The injection part is used for injecting a blood sample. The albumin removing part contains beads for adsorbing albumin to remove albumin from the blood sample. The aggregation part contains an aggregation reactant for forming a hemagglutination reactant. The apparatus further comprises a filter(140) for removing the hemagglutination reactant. A method for pretreatment of blood comprises: a step of removing albumin using the beads from a blood sample; and a step of aggregating blood cells in the blood sample using the aggregation reactant.

PURPOSE: A biosensor apparatus is provided to simply and quickly analyze result and to save the cost for producing and managing a sensor reader. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor apparatus comprises a capillary tube in which probe molecules are fixed on the surface of inner wall, and a liquid sample which contains target molecules and is filled in the capillary tube. A contact angle between the surface of inner wall and liquid sample is changed according to the specific binding between the probe molecules and target molecules. The capillary tube is formed of transparent materials. The probe molecules and target molecules are biotin and streptavidin, respectively.
