Abstract: A device for clamping a fuel cell stack is provided to clamping a fuel cell stack easily by a large clamping load with small force and to maintain the internal bearing stress of a fuel cell stack to be constant. A device for clamping a fuel cell stack comprises an end plates(14) which has the vertical inner surface and the outer surface of a first oblique side(18) so as to be closely adhered to the both sides of a fuel cell stack; a oblique side device(10) which is in surface contact with the first oblique side and accommodates the end plate; and unidirectional load control boards(26,28) which are combined to the upper and lower sides of the end plate so as to allow the load of the fuel cell stack to be applied only to the inner direction of the stack.

Abstract: A gasket for reducing stress concentration of a fuel cell stack is provided to prevent the damage and deformation of a separator by reducing stress concentrated at the specific position. A gasket(40) for reducing stress concentration of a fuel cell stack maintains air tightness by being inserted between a membrane-electrode assembly(1) and a separator(2) or between separators. The gasket has a joint of a T type or + type structure to form hydrogen, air and cooling water manifold, or has a structure of meeting branches of which an angle of both directions is 180 degree, at one point with constant angle to reduce the stress concentration of a gasket generated with the deformation of the gasket according to the compressive force.

Abstract: A ventilation apparatus of fuel cell vehicles is provided to remove the air of high temperature within a stack case by flowing the air to an air cleaner, to prevent the risk due to hydrogen leak and to steadily maintain the temperature of stack. A ventilation apparatus of fuel cell vehicles a stack case(100) accommodating the stack(2) which is mounted on fuel cell vehicles and produces the electricity; and an air cleaner(200) which is installed at the upper of the stack case purifies the external air. The air cleaner has a through hole(300) connected between the bottom side of the bottom cover and the upper side of the stack case. The air within the stack case is moved by the pressure difference of the pressure of the air flowed within the air cleaner and the pressure of the stack case.
