Abstract: A caster active control system is disclosed. The disclosed caster active control system is mounted on a suspension including a strut assembly and is configured to automatically adjust an angle of the caster of a wheel. The caster active control system includes: i) a fixed frame which is installed to be fixed to a vehicle body by corresponding to the upper end of the strut assembly; ii) a moving frame which is reciprocally movably mounted in the longitudinal direction of the wheel on the lower surface of the fixed frame; iii) a strut mount unit which is installed to be fixed to the moving frame and substantially connected to the upper end of the strut assembly; and iv) an operation module which is installed between the fixed frame and the moving frame and is moved to the moving frame in the longitudinal direction of the wheel as a drive motor.

Abstract: Disclosed is an actuator for an active roll control system. According to the present invention, the actuator for an active roll contol system, which varies a connection position on a suspension arm of a stabilizer link connecting both ends of a stabilizer bar and the suspension arm to actively control a roll and provide a driving force, includes: a gear housing; a motor housing fastened to the rear side of the gear housing through a motor cover; a power transformer slidably mounted inside the gear housing and having a screw thread portion formed on the inner peripheral surface of the rear end portion thereof and the front end protruding outwardly therefrom; a screw rotary body disposed on the center of the motor housing and having a lead screw disposed at the center of the interior of a cylindrical rotary tube in such a manner as to be connected integrally from the rear end thereof, the lead screw being engaged with the screw thread portion of the power transformer; a motor disposed between the motor housing and the screw rotary body inside the motor housing to rotate the screw rotary body; and brake means having a rotary disc coupled to the rear side extended end of the screw rotary body at the rear side of the interior of the motor housing and a fixing disc coupled to a disc case on the motor housing adapted to be frictional against each other by means of the cam operation of a cam block and a push block driven by a brake motor to regulate the rotation of the screw rotary body.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A driving unit for an active control suspension device is provided to reduce the load of a driving motor through transferring the driving power of an actuator to the bush of an assist link by a wheel lever by lever principle. CONSTITUTION: A driving unit(1) for an active control suspension device comprises a mounting housing(10), a driving motor(20), and a worm wheel lever member(30). The mounting housing is installed in the both side of a subframe respectively. The front both sides of a mounting housing comprises hinge mounting holes. The driving motor is installed by the bracket(21) of the mounting surface of the mounting housing. The rotation shaft of the driving motor is formed into a worm gear(25). CONSTITUTION: A driving apparatus(1) for an active control suspension system includes a member bracket(11), a slide bracket(13), an actuator(15), a slider(17), and a connection link(19). The actuator is installed on the rear side of the slide bracket, and rotates a screw shaft(27) located on the center of the slide bracket. The slider is coupled to the screw shaft inside the slide bracket. The connection link connects both ends of the slider to the bush of the assist link for transferring driving force of the actuator to the bush.
