Abstract: PURPOSE: A jig for testing a gear is provided to allow various tests to be performed, improve a user's convenience and to reduce test costs by considering a case in which a distance between shafts of the gear is changed. CONSTITUTION: A jig for testing a gear includes a base(10), a ring-type structure member(20), and a shaft fixing jig. The base(10) has an install hole(15) in which a shaft of a first gear(11) is inserted and installed. The ring-type structure member(20) allows a shaft of a second gear(22) to fix to the base(10). The shaft fixing jig restricts a distance between the shaft of the first gear(11) and the shaft of the second gear. The ring-type structure member(20) is proximate to the install hole(15) and rotatably installed. A perforated hole is prepared at a predetermined position of the ring-type structure member(20). The shaft of the second gear(22) is inserted into the perforated hole and installed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A transmission support bracket of a vehicle is provided to improve riding comfort by moving resonant frequency to an area of not being affected by vibration and noise produced from a power unit, to minimize noise transmitted to a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A transmission support bracket of a vehicle connects a transmission with a vehicle body by interposing a mounting bracket including an insulator. In the transmission support bracket, base plates(4), formed with a predetermined area to come in contact with a transmission housing, and a ring-shaped outer race(6) formed to the upper center part of the base plates and connected to the vehicle body through the insulator and the mounting bracket are integrally formed. A pair of recessed grooves are formed to the lower part of the ring-shaped outer race. The recessed grooves are formed while interposing a rib in the middle.

CONSTITUTION: A synchronizer of a manual transmission comprises a hub(54) rotating integrally with a main shaft(52); synchronizer rings frictionally combined with clutch gears each installed on the sides of the hub; a sleeve movably combined to the outer peripheral surface of the hub, to give axial acting force for the synchronizing action of the synchronizer rings and the clutch gears, in moving; a synchronizer key(62) combined movably together with the sleeve, to decide the synchronizing positions of the synchronizer rings; a C-shaped spring(64) elastically supported to the bottom surface of the synchronizer key, to bring the synchronizer key into contact with the sleeve; and retainers rotatably installed on a side of the hub, to prevent separation of the C-shaped spring and circumferentially inserted in fitting grooves(64a) formed to the C-shaped spring. The sleeve is engaged with the clutch gears after the synchronizing is finished.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A synchronizer is provided to prevent the separation of a synchronizer ball from a hole of a synchronizer key by the elasticity of a synchronizer spring. CONSTITUTION: A synchronizer hub(4) is rotated with an input shaft. A sleeve(6) is geared with the synchronizer hub. A clutch gear is selectively geared with the sleeve at a shift by arranging in both sides of the synchronizer hub. A synchronizer ring is synchronized by rubbing with a cone portion of the clutch gear when the sleeve is moved axially. A synchronizer key(16) fixes the sleeve not to be separated by inserting in a key groove(5) of the synchronizer hub. A synchronizer spring(18) compresses the synchronizer key into the sleeve by inserting in the key groove. A synchronizer ball(20) limits the position of the sleeve by inserting in a hole(17) of the synchronizer key and loading on the synchronizer spring. A holder prevents the separation of the synchronizer ball from the hole. Thereby, the damage and the imbalance of a gear are prevented.
