PURPOSE: A systemic immunity or intestinal immunity adjuvant containing a Cheonggukjang extract as an active ingredient is provided to induce Th1 and Th2 responses against parenteral infectious pathogenic microorganisms, virus, cancer antigens, and general antigens as well as oral infectious pathogenic microorganisms during oral administration and to effectively produce a specific antibody. CONSTITUTION: A systemic immunity or intestinal immunity adjuvant contains a Cheonggukjang extract as an active ingredient. The Cheonggukjang extract contains an ethanol soluble ingredient which is prepared using ethanol. The ethanol is 50-99 % ethanol. The Cheonggukjang extract does not contain poly-gamma-glutamic acid (PGA) and levan. Cheonggukjang is prepared using Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. 본 발명은 항인슐린 항체를 함유하는 계란의 생산방법에 관한 것으로서, 계란으로부터 항인슐린 항체를 생산하기 위하여 인간 인슐린을 전처리하여 담체와 함께 결합체를 형성시킨 후, 면역보강제와 유화물을 만들어 산란계에 주기적으로 면역주사함으로써 일정기간 지난 후 항인슐린 항체가 다량 포함된 계란을 생산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항인슐린 항체 계란의 생산방법을 제공한다.

PURPOSE: A detection method of Escherichia coli O157:H7 using combined IMS and LIA procedure is provided, thereby rapidly and easily detecting Escherichia coli O157:H7, and determining concentration of Escherichia coli O157:H7 within a test sample by appearance change intensity in the reaction region on a strip. CONSTITUTION: The detection method of Escherichia coli O157:H7 using combined IMS and LIA procedure by observing the appearance change using a marker comprises the steps of: (a) mixing the test sample with immunomagnetic beads coated with an anti-Escherichia coli O157:H7 IgG antibody; (b) mixing immune liposome which comprises a marker in its inside and binds with the anti-Escherichia coli O157:H7 IgG antibody in its surface with the product of step (a); and (c) capturing the unbound immune liposome of step (b) in the reaction region on a test strip, wherein the marker is light absorbing materials, fluorescence materials, electrochemical materials or chemiluminescence materials..
