Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of estimating a radius of curvature for the curved section of a railway vehicle is provided to efficiently estimate a radius of curvature of the railway vehicle using the position data on a bogie. CONSTITUTION: A method of estimating a radius of curvature for the curved section of a railway vehicle is as follows. The relative angle and longitudinal displacement between a vehicle body and front/rear bogies when the railway vehicle runs on a curved section are measured using a displacement sensor(s10). The curvature radius in the curved section is estimated using the measured relative angle and displacement(s20). The estimated curvature radius is verified(s30).

Abstract: The present invention relates to an active steering control device and method for a railroad vehicle, and more specifically, to an active steering control device and method for a railroad vehicle, which can smoothly steer a moving railroad vehicle by estimating the radius of curvature of a curved line in real-time when the train moves on the curved line and controlling an optimal steering angle of the wheel and axle according to the estimated radius of curvature, and can remarkably reduce an angle of attack which exists between the curved line and the wheel and axle. The invention includes: a measurer that measures drive data of the moving railroad vehicle; an estimator that estimates the radius of curvature of the curved line on which the railroad vehicle is moving, by using the data measured in the measuring unit; a calculator that sets a target value of the steering angle of the wheel and axle of the moving railroad vehicle, by using the radius of curvature estimated in the estimator; a controller that generates a steering control signal on the wheel and axle by comparing an actual steering angle of the wheel and axle with the target value of the steering angle of the wheel and axle, which is set in the calculator; and an actuator that steers the wheel and axle using the steering signal of the controller.

Abstract: 본 발명은 3절 링크 방식을 이용한 철도차량용 조향대차에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 곡선구간 주행시 발생하는 센터 피봇의 요(yaw)방향 변위를 3절 링크로 전달하여 곡선구간 주행시 레디얼 조향(radial steering)을 추종함으로써 곡선반경에 의한 레일과 차륜 사이의 공격각(attack angle)을 저감하고, 차륜과 궤도 사이의 횡압을 저감시킬 수 있는 3절 링크 방식을 이용한 철도차량용 조향대차에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 철도차량용 조향대차에 있어서, 대차 프레임의 하부에는 철도차량의 주행시 발생하는 센터피봇의 요변위를 전달받아 전,후방 윤축의 조향을 발생시키는 3절 링크로 이루어진 조향장치가 설치된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A steering bogie vehicle using 3 bar linkage for a railway vehicle is provided to reduce the abrasion of a wheel, noise, and the damage of railway which are created while a vehicle driving. CONSTITUTION: A steering bogie vehicle(100) using 3 bar linkage for a railway vehicle comprises a steering device(20) which generates steering of front/rearward wheel axles(12a,12b) and includes a first and a second front steering links(22a,24a) which are connected and installed on a front axle box(14a), a first and a second rear steering links(22b,24b) which are connected and installed on s rear axle box(14b), and a cross link(26) which is connected to the first and second front steering links and the first and second rear steering links with being installed in the lower part of a bogie vehicle frame(10) to the horizontal direction. The steering device receives the yaw displacement of a center pivot(18) which is being created during the railway vehicle driving in the lower part of the bogie frame.

CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for estimating adhesive force of a vehicle considering driving resistance property comprises: an adder(110) producing a middle value by multiplying a motor torque and a torque which is obtained by multiplying the deviation of a rotation angular speed to electric motor equivalent inertia, multiplying the deviation of a speed per unit time of a vehicle to the mass(M) of the vehicle, multiplying a negative value to the previous values, and adding the values; and a multiplier(120) calculating the adhesive force by multiplying a value which is obtained by distributing the wheel radius of the vehicle with a transmission gear rate to the middle value.
