Abstract:
The present invention relates to a protein complex, a bispecific antibody obtained from the same, and a method for producing the protein complex and the bispecific antibody. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system which targets two antigens at the same time can be effectively provided by using the protein complex. The protein complex includes: a first polypeptide which includes a first antigen binding portion; a second polypeptide including a second antigen binding portion; and a linker which links the first polypeptide and the second polypeptide. According to the present invention, the bispecific antibody system which targets two antigens or two epitopes at the same time can be effectively provided by using the protein complex.

PURPOSE: An e-fuse structure of semiconductor device is provided to reduce the occupying area of a circuit for fuse program or fuse sensing by reducing the voltage or current required for the program of e-fuse due to the enforcement overlapping of the movement effects. CONSTITUTION: A conductive film(20) is formed on a bottom layer(10). An inter-layer insulating film(50) is formed on the conductive film. A fuse unit includes a depletion area and an accumulative area. The fuse unit connects an anode and a cathode. A first insulating layer(30) is close to the depletion area of the fuse unit.

PURPOSE: A pixel array and a three dimensional image sensor including the same are provided to store photo-charges in a well using a pixel unit which includes a junction gate structure. CONSTITUTION: A photo-charge storing area(10) is prepared. A gating area(20) is formed on one side of the photo-charge storing area. A photo-charge generating area(30) absorbs light in order to generate photo-charges and selectively provides the photo-charges to the photo-charge storing area in response to a voltage applied to the gating area. The photo-charge storing area and the photo-charge generating area are doped into a first type.

PURPOSE: An electrical fuse device and method of operating the same are provided to use the existing processing of semiconductor device using the material of the metal gate of the cell region or the metal wiring. CONSTITUTION: The electrical fuse device includes the cathode(100) and the anode(200), and the fuse link(150). The cathode is separated from the anode. The fuse link connects a cathode and anode. The fuse link includes laminated two metal layers. The number of the metal layer which becomes blowing is changed according to the voltage applied in the fuse link and the intensity.

PURPOSE: A fuse device and a method for operating the same are provided to reduce power consumption by performing a programming operation after heating a fuse. CONSTITUTION: A fuse device includes a fuse(F1) and a current applying unit. The fuse has a pre-heated area for programming. The fuse includes at least one of metal and silicide. The current applying unit applies a programming current to the fuse and includes a driving device(Tr1) and a power source. The driving device is connected to the fuse. The power source is connected to the driving device with a conductive connection structure. The connection structure includes a conductive plug(P1) and a wire(W1). The height of the fuse is equal to or smaller than the height of the wire.

An electrical fuse device is provided to solve the degradation of productivity due to the defect of a part of cells by replacing the defective cell with a redundancy cell. In an electrical fuse device, a cathode(100) and an anode(200) are separated from each other. A fuse link(150) connects the cathode and the anode. The fuse link comprises a multi-metal layer(L1,L2) structure including a first metal layer and a second metal layer. The cathode and anode have a laminated structure same as that of the fuse link, and the fuse link has a weak point on which electrical cutting is more facilitated the other region.
