PURPOSE: A method for estimating the stride of a pedestrian and portable terminal thereof are provided to apply a stride estimation algorithm according to the location of a portable terminal through an acceleration sensor. CONSTITUTION: An acceleration sensor(21) detects acceleration by the movement of a portable terminal. A velocity sensor(22) detects velocity by the movement of the portable terminal. A control unit(26) determines the size of a swing operation of the portable terminal in the use of acceleration or velocity. The control unit estimates the stride of a pedestrian according to the location of the portable terminal.

Nickel catalyst dipped on zirconia-titania complex metal oxides, a manufacturing method thereof, and a production method of hydrogen with autothermal reforming of ethanol using the catalyst are provided to offer excellent durability for a long time with high activation of the zirconia-titania complex metal oxides. Nickel catalyst dipped on zirconia-titania complex metal oxides is used for manufacturing hydrogen by autothermal reforming reaction of ethanol. The zirconia-titania complex metal oxides are manufactured by condensing and hydration of titanium or zirconium. The catalyst is represented by a chemical formula, Ni/ZraTibO2(0=0.2). This chemical formula is made by dipping the nickel metal with a ratio of 1 ~ 50 parts by weight based on the zirconia-titania complex metal oxides precursor 100 parts by weight.

A nickel catalyst, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method for producing hydrogen by autothermal reforming of ethanol using the catalyst are provided to offer stability at high temperature, and to prevent a sintering phenomenon of nickel particles. The nickel is supported on mesoporous zirconia-ceria mixed metal oxides. The nickel is used for hydrogen production by autothermal reforming of ethanol. The nickel of 1 ~ 50 parts by weight is supported on the mesoporous zirconia-ceria mixed metal oxides 100 parts by weight. The mesoporous zirconia-ceria mixed metal oxides uses a block copolymer or a cationic surfactant. A zirconium precursor or a cerium precursor is manufactured by a sol-gel method after performing a condensing and hydrating process.

The present invention relates to an apparatus using a manufacturing method of curd which is a kind of the fermented milk of India and a control method thereof. The apparatus of the present invention comprises an input part which enables users to select a power driving mode; a room with a heater; and a control part which drives the heater, when a fermentation mode is input via the input part, so that the temperature of objects to be fermented in the room reaches a first pre-determined temperature, drives the heater when the temperature of the object reaches the first pre-determined, so that the temperature of object is maintained, and determines whether the object passes a first pre-determined time in a state of maintaining the first pre-determined temperature. Refrigerators and utensils are used as examples to explain the apparatus in the present invention.

A control unit generates live boxes in an empty area of the home screen through a first gesture generated in the home screen.
