PURPOSE: A method for distinguishing frozen-thawed meat and refrigerated meat is provided to ensure simple and easy use without expensive equipment. CONSTITUTION: A composition for distinguishing frozen-thawed meat and refrigerated meat contains an antibody with respect to aspartate aminotransferase(AST) allozyme. AST allozyme is mitochondria AST. The meat is beef, pork, or chicken. A method for distinguishing frozen-thawed meat and refrigerated meat comprises: a step of preparing meat juice as a biological sample; and a step of performing electrophoresis of the meat juice to detect AST allozyme.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing bovine tuberculosis containing monoclonal antibodies and polyclonal antibodies is provided to effectively measure tuberculosis attack. CONSTITUTION: A monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to an epitope is denoted by an amino acid sequence of sequence number 8 in a bovine interferon gamma receptor-binding region. The monoclonal antibody is produced from hydridoma cells(deposit number KCTC 11784BP). A kit for diagnosing bovine contains monoclonal antibody or antigen binding fragment and anti-bovine interferon gamma polyclonal antibody.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing cattle tuberculosis using intradermal diagnostic composition is provided to easily prepare a large amount of intradermal diagnostic composition and to ensure diagnosis accuracy. CONSTITUTION: An intradermal diagnostic composition for testing cattle tuberculosis contains recombinant proteins of Esat6, HspX, PhoS, MPB70, MPB64, MPB83, Ag85, and SahH. A method for diagnosing tuberculosis of mammal except for human is performed using the intradermal diagnostic composition containing the recombinant proteins. The recombinant protein is prepared by isolating from Mycobacterium bovis and performing PCR.

본 발명은 인간 락토페린 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 발현 벡터로 형질전환되어 인간 락토페린을 대량생산하는 제브라피쉬, 상기 형질전환된 제브라피쉬로부터 인간 락토페린을 대량생산하는 방법, 및 상기 형질전환된 제브라피쉬를 유효성분으로 함유하는 건강기능식품 및 동물 사료 첨가제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 형질전환된 제브라피쉬로부터 인간 락토페린을 대량으로 쉽게 확보할 수 있고, 나아가 형질전환된 제브라피쉬 자체는 건강기능식품의 원료 및 동물 사료 첨가제로서 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A transformed zebrafish massively producing human lactoferrin is provided to cheaply produce human lactoferrin and use lactoferrin as food, health food, and animal feed additive. CONSTITUTION: A transformed zebrafish which massively produces human lactoferrin is produced by transforming with a recombinant expression vector containing a human lactoferrin gene. The transformation is performed at fertilized egg of one or two cells. The transformation is performed through microinjection, electroporation, particle bombardment, sperm-mediated gene transfer, viral infection, direct muscle injection, insulator, or transposon. A method for massively producing the human lactoferrin comprises: a step of preparing the recombinant expression vector; a step of transforming the expression vector into the zebrafish fertilized egg; a step of culturing the transformed zebrafish; and a step of isolating and purifying human lactoferrin from the transformed zebrafish.
