Abstract:
An optoelectronic component includes a carrier element. At least two elements are arranged in an adjacent fashion on a first side of the carrier element. Each element has at least one optically active region for generating the electromagnetic radiation. The optoelectronic component has an electrically insulating protective layer arranged at least in part on a surface of the at least two adjacent elements which lies opposite the first side. The protective layer, at least in a first region arranged between the at least two adjacent elements, at least predominantly prevents a transmission of the electromagnetic radiation generated by the optically active regions.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an optoelectronic component (1, 12, 14, 17) comprising a carrier element (2), at least two elements (3) that are arranged adjacent to each other on a first side of the carrier element (2) and that respectively have at least one optically active area (4) for producing electromagnetic radiation. Said optoelectronic component (1, 12, 14, 17) comprises an electrically insulating protective layer (5) that is arranged at least partially on one surface of the at least two adjacent elements (3) that is opposite the first side. The protective layer (5) at least predominantly prevents, at least in a first area (5a) arranged between the at least two adjacent elements (3), electromagnetic radiation (10) that can be produced by the optically active areas (4) to be transmitted. The invention also relates to a production method (30) for an optoelectronic component (1, 12, 14, 17).
