Abstract: A spraying device comprises: a conveyer comprising a mesh crawler belt configured to carry an object to be sprayed; a baking chamber for heating the object to be sprayed; a spraying chamber having at least one atomizing nozzle disposed within the spraying chamber, the atomizing nozzle being configured to uniformly spray a coating solution on a surface of the object to be sprayed; a cleaning chamber for cleaning the mesh crawler belt and recycling the coating solution carried by the mesh crawler belt; and a solution storage apparatus for storing the coating solution that the spraying chamber needs for spraying; wherein the mesh crawler belt passes successively through the baking chamber, the spraying chamber and the cleaning chamber. The device of the present invention can ensure uniformity of the thickness of a coating layer on the magnet. In addition, the device can improve spraying efficiency and save raw material.

The atomization sleeve has an inlet channel for a pressurized atomization medium. A plurality of grooves is in the outer surface of the mixer housing or in the inner surface of the atomization sleeve and extend toward the distal end and form separate flow channels between the atomization sleeve and the mixer housing through which the atomization medium flows from the inlet channel of the atomization sleeve to the distal end of the mixer housing. The inlet channel is arranged asymmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis.

Abstract: A method for multi-agent dry fogging. The method includes pressurizing a first agent to a first range of pressure. The first agent includes a sterilant. The method also includes pressurizing a second agent to a second range of pressure. The second agent includes a non-depleting solution for protection against microorganism growth. The method also includes pressurizing a gas to a gas range of pressure. The method also includes atomizing the first agent at a nozzle to mix with the pressurized gas in a first application stage to disperse the first agent in a first dry fog within an ambient environment. The method also includes atomizing the second agent at the nozzle to mix with the pressurized gas in a second application stage to disperse the second agent in a second dry fog within the ambient environment.

Abstract: An atomizing cutting fluid system. The system includes a common chamber terminating in a shaped droplet nozzle and including a nozzle section immediately behind the shaped droplet nozzle. An atomizer creates spray directly within the common chamber behind the nozzle section. A cutting fluid supply line provides cutting fluid to the atomizer. A high velocity gas nozzle within the nozzle section and behind the droplet nozzle is configured to provide a high velocity gas to entrain the flow of droplets. The nozzle section and droplet nozzle are configured to produce a fully developed droplets-gas flow at a predetermined distance from the droplet nozzle. In a cutting system, the spray system provides a uniform film for a macro or micro cutting operation at sufficient flow rates.

Abstract: The invention relates to a spray gun apparatus (10) for spraying a fine film coating of liquid, such as paint, lacquer or bond, onto a surface. The spray gun comprises a main body (12) having a fluid throughbore (22), a gas throughbore (16), and a main trigger lever (80) for allowing a user to spray fluid from the gun. A fluid flow adjustment mechanism (52, 58, 74) facilitates adjustment of the quantity of fluid sprayed from the gun for a given displacement of the main trigger lever (80). An engagement surface (86) is provided on the trigger lever and adapted to engage with a corresponding engagement surface (90) of the fluid flow adjustment mechanism. Pivoting movement of the main trigger lever (80) results in translational movement of at least a portion of the fluid flow adjustment mechanism to thereby selectively spray fluid from the gun upon displacement of the main trigger lever.
