Abstract: PURPOSE: An aluminum-magnesium alloy and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the oxidation of magnesium in molten aluminum by adding aluminum-magnesium mother alloy instead of directly adding aluminum-magnesium. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an aluminum-magnesium alloy comprises the steps of: adding magnesium to first molten aluminum, casting the first molten aluminum to obtain aluminum-magnesium mother alloy having a first magnesium composition, adding the aluminum-magnesium mother alloy into second molten aluminum, and casting the second molten aluminum into aluminum-magnesium alloy having a second magnesium composition smaller than the first magnesium composition.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hot blow forming apparatus, mold for hot blow forming and hot blow forming method are provided to prevent gas leak regardless of shape or the thickness distribution of the molding material. CONSTITUTION: A hot blow forming apparatus, mold for hot blow forming and hot blow forming method includes a first, and second mold units(110,120) and a gas supply unit(124). The first press assembly includes an inner groove(112) and a material input portion(114). The inner groove corresponds to the shape of the molded article. The material inflow part is formed around the inner groove. The first mold unit is combined the second mould unit. A molding material is between them. The gas supply unit supplies the gas to the groove through the second mold unit in order to pressurize the molding material.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A changeable mold device for forming a metal sheet is provided to enable the easy transformation of a metal panel into the section of a desirable shape by the vertical movement of a forming rod of a lower forming unit. CONSTITUTION: A changeable mold device for forming a metal sheet comprises lower and upper forming units(10,20). 본 발명에 따르면, 주철제품 대비 약 60%의 경량화 효과를 가지며, 표면강화처리에 의해 주철과 동등이상의 내마모성능을 나타낸다. 또한, 기존의 교반주조법에 의한 알루미늄 복합재료와 대비하면 똑같은 경량화의 목적을 실현하면서 선택적 표면처리에 의해 고가의 강화용 첨가제의 총 투입량을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 난삭성인 가공부위의 면적을 최소화하여 가공비를 감소시킬 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
