PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a functional orange beverage by using a natural Gardeniae Fructus dye, and the functional orange beverage prepared by the method are provided to improve antioxidizing activity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a functional orange beverage comprises the steps of extracting Gardeniae Fructus with hot water; maturing the extract and controlling the concentration of the extract; and mixing the Gardeniae Fructus extract with a Citrus unshiu extract, a Lycii Fructus extract, a Schisandrae Fructus extract, citric acid and vitamin C, and sterilizing and cooling it. The Gardeniae Fructus extract is matured at 5-15°C for 5-15 hours.

본 발명은 키토산올리고당 및 키틴올리고당의 효소면역측정법(ELISA)에 관한 것으로, 특이항체를 이용한 신속, 정밀한 정량분석법에 있어서, 우선 키토산올리고당(COS6), 키틴올리고당(NACOS6)을 소혈청알부민(BSA, bovine serum albumin)에 공유결합시켜 준비한 면역원을 실험동물에 면역하여 항COS6 항체와 항NACOS6 항체를 각각 생산한 다음, 이들 특이항체와 COS6-HRP 결합체(conjugate)나 NACOS6-HRP 결합체를 각기 이용한 직접경합ELISA(cdELISA)의 조건을 확립하고, 각 cdELISA의 표준곡선으로 부터 COS6와 NACOS6의 검출한계를 확인하였으며, 이들 항체들의 COS(GlcN, COS2∼COS6) 및 NACOS(GlcNAc, NACOS2∼NACOS6)에 대한 교차반응성을 검토하였다. 상기 본 발명에 따른 cdELISA에 의한 COS와 NACOS 분석법은 기기분석 등 기존의 방법보다 신속, 간편하고 손쉽고 경제적이면서 정밀성에서 우수하며 식품과 같은 혼합물에서도 분석이 용이한 특성을 가지고 있다.

본 발명은 (a) 시험샘플과 항대장균 O157 IgG 항체가 코팅된 면역자기구슬을 혼합하는 단계; (b) 내부에 소정의 표지물질을 함유하고 표면에 항대장균 O157:H7 IgG 항체가 결합된 면역리포좀과 상기 단계 (a)의 결과물을 혼합하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 단계 (b)의 미결합 면역리포좀을 시험스트립상의 반응영역에 포획하는 단계를 포함하여 상기 표지물질에 의해 나타나는 외관변화를 관찰하여 대장균 O157:H7을 검출하는 방법을 제공한다. 상기 방법에 의하면, 수십분이내에 대장균 O157:H7을 보다 간편하고, 신속하게 검출할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing immune proteins which are multiple specific to five kinds of microorganisms causing the inflammation of the stomach and the duodenum. Therefore, the inflammation of the stomach and the duodenum can be effectively treated and prevented. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing immune proteins comprises the steps of: preparing IgY of anti-Helicobacter pylori by multiple injection of the dead Helicobacter pylori culture into a hen and collecting eggs produced; preparing IgY of anti-Campylobacter pylori by multiple injection of the dead Campylobacter pylori culture into a hen and collecting eggs produced; preparing IgY of anti-Staphylococcus aureus by multiple injection of the dead Staphylococcus aureus culture into a hen and collecting eggs produced; preparing IgY of anti-Haemophilus influenzae by multiple injection of the dead Haemophilus influenzae culture into a hen and collecting eggs produced; preparing IgY of anti-Moraxella catarrhlis by multiple injection of the dead Moraxella catarrhlis culture into a hen and collecting eggs produced; and mixing 40 to 90% of anti-Helicobacter pylori IgY, 2.5 to 30% of anti-Campylobacter pylori IgY, 2.5 to 10% of Staphylococcus aureus IgY, 2.5 to 10% of anti-Haemophilus influenzae IgY and 2.5 to 10% of anti-Moraxella catarrhlis IgY.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A feed for an egg-laying hen capable of increasing the content of an immunoprotein and a method for eggs containing a large amount of immunoproteins using the same feed are provided, thereby effectively producing the eggs containing a large amount of IgY immunoproteins. CONSTITUTION: The feed for an egg-laying hen contains 0.3 to 0.5 wt.% of cinnamon and 2 to 4 wt.% of peppermint. The eggs containing a large amount of immunoproteins are produced by feeding the feed containing cinnamon and peppermint to with administration of a Streptococcus mutans strain into an egg-laying hen, in which the cinnamon is added in the amount of 0.1 to 2 wt.%; and the peppermint is added in the amount of 0.5 to 4 wt.%. When an egg-laying hen is fed with the feed containing cinnamon and peppermint along with administration of a Streptococcus mutans strain, an egg contains a larger amount of IgY immunoproteins than that of the prior egg-laying hen.

PURPOSE: A hybridoma and a fungus detection method using a monoclonal antibody produced from the same are provided. Thereby, Aspergillus, Penicillium, Fusarium which occur in food, are diagnosed rapidly and easily by using the same with ELISA. CONSTITUTION: A hybridoma (KCTC 0628 BP) is characterized by comprising the following steps: (i)after culturing Aspergillus flavus, filtrating to collect EPS(extracellular polysaccharide); (ii)after freeze-drying EPS, dissolving it in a buffer solution; (iii)immunizing a mouse with emulsion manufactured using Freund's adjuvant; (iv)obtaining a hybridoma(1G11) for producing a monoclonal antibody which is specific for EPS of Aspergillus sp., Penicillium sp. by separating and purifying through injecting a myeloma cell and hybridoma into ascites of mouse. The fungus detection method uses sandwich ELISA which measures absorbancy at 450 nm.
