Abstract: PURPOSE: A device of correcting the signal receiving angle of an antenna for a tilting train is provided to stably transmit information between an ATP car antenna and an ATP ground antenna. CONSTITUTION: A device of correcting the signal receiving angle of an antenna for a tilting train comprises a controller fixing plate(150), a reverse tilting controller(110), a reverse tilting control motor(120), a reverse tilting drive belt(130), and an ATP car antenna(90). A fixing support(140) is connected on both sides of the lower center of a tilting train including a vehicle tilting controller(80). The reverse tilting controller processes tilting angle information inputted from the vehicle tilting controller to output reverse tilting signals. The reverse tilting control motor is driven by reverse tilting signals outputted from the reverse tilting controller.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fire control device of railway vehicles and a method therefor are provided to rapidly evacuate passengers inside the vehicles via a voice alarm announcement and to cope with the fire accident of railway vehicles rapidly and safely. CONSTITUTION: A fire control device of railway vehicles includes: a plurality of optical fiber sensors(20,22,24) which sense temperature and are installed to the seat and inside a train; a gateway(28) which receives heat sensing data sensed in the optical fiber sensor via the wireless telecommunication; and a fire detection and extinguishment part(30) which receive the heat sensing data from the gateway via the wireless telecommunication, decides the fire break out within the train, and extinguishes the fire by turning on a sprinkler at the initial fire break out point.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for monitoring a fire of a railway car are provided to prevent the spread direction of a fire by accurately grasping the spread direction and speed of a fire. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit(110) is comprised of a plurality of sensors to sense a fire by measuring the density of volatile materials included in the air. A camera unit(120) verifies the fire through an image when the sensor unit senses the fire. Abstract: PURPOSE: A speed detecting apparatus for a railroad vehicle is provided to simplify a circuit, reduce manufacture cost, and detect accurately acceleration and deceleration of the railroad vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A speed detecting apparatus for a railroad vehicle comprises an encoder input circuit, a voltage comparator and a TTL level converter. The encoder input circuit applies a real speed of a motor to a controller in the vehicle for detecting speed change during acceleration and deceleration of the railroad vehicle. The encoder input circuit includes a filter circuit having a resistor and a capacitor for minimizing noise due to rotation of the motor in the vehicle, and a limit circuit having a diode for limiting an input voltage to stabilize an output voltage even when the speed increases. The voltage comparator normalizes the filtered signal. The TTL level converter converts the normalized output to a TTL level.
