Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Bestücken eines Kontaktierungselementes (1), insbesondere eines Stanzgitters mit einem SMD-Bauelement (4), mit den Schritten des Bereitstellens des Kontaktierungselements (1) mit einer Ummantelung, bei dem eine Anschlussstelle (3) in einer Ausnehmung (7) der Ummantelung (5) vorgesehen ist; des Aufsetzens des SMD-Bauelements (4) auf die Anschlussstelle (3); und des Erwärmens eines Wärmeleitelements, um die Anschlussstelle (3) zu erwärmen, so dass das SMD-Bauelement (4) an die Anschlussstelle (3) angeschlossen wird.

A production method for conductive paste comprising the step of applying stress to conductive particles to deform them so as provide a degree of deformation of 1.01−1.5, and the step of mixing the deformed conductive particles with a binder mainly consisting of thermosetting resin. A degree of deformation defined here is a value obtained by dividing an average particle size, measured by a laser diffraction method, of deformed conductive particle by an average particle size, measured by the same method, of conductive particles before deformed. Applying this conductive paste to an incompressibility−restricted prepreg sheet can restrict short−circuiting between via holes and lowering in insulation performance.

An electric connection box is provided with an upper case, a lower case which is coupled with the upper case when the upper case if fitted to the lower case, a connector housing which connects external connectors, a terminal section composed of a plurality of terminal pieces which are arranged between the upper and lower cases and positioned in parallel with each other in the connector housing, one or a plurality of bus bars having bus bar main bodies integrally formed with the terminal section, and insulators which are provided at least between each terminal piece and couple and fix the terminal pieces with and to each other. The pitch disturbance and deformation of the narrow terminal pieces are prevented, because the insulators couple the terminal pieces with each other.

An interposer (50) for interconnection between microelectronic circuit panels (80, 92) has contacts (70, 90) at its surfaces (63, 64). Each contact extends from a central conductor (72), and has a peripheral portion adapted to contract radially inwardly toward the central conductor (72) in response to a force applied by a contact pad (81, 95) defining a central hole (83) on the engaged circuit panel. Thus, when the circuit panels are compressed with the interposers, the contacts (70, 90) contract radially inwardly and wipe across the pads (81, 95). The wiping action facilitates bonding of the contacts to the pads, as by friction welding, or by a conductive bonding material carried on the contacts themselves.

An electrical appliance has a stamped board imbedded in a plastic plate. The stamped tracks (1, 2, 3, 4) are mutually linked for ease of manipulation of the board before it is imbedded in the plastic plate. The tracks (1, 2, 3, 4) are interconnected by a U-shaped tab (5, 6, 7, 25) which vertically projects on the tracks (1, 2, 3, 4) before imbedding and which is cut out after the plastic plate is produced. The tracks (1, 2, 3, 4) may thus be separated without punching holes in the plastic plate.

An electric switch comprises a plastic part embedded in a punched metal disc, one of the flat faces of the disc being free of plastic over a large area. To ensure that the individual tracks of said disc are firmly seated in said area as well, the tracks have a section in this area deeper than the tracks themselves, whose narrow inside is contiguous with the plastic of the base plate and is anchored together with the corresponding track in the base plate.

A unique housing (104 and 600) of a portable radio transceiver (100) that takes advantage of the heat sinking, electrical shielding and structural characteristics of a battery. The unique electronic circuitry housing (104 and 600) includes a battery as an integral structural element thereof. In one illustrated housing (104), a stick battery (210) is attached to the side of a transmitter printed circuit panel (213). A logic printed circuit panel (212) and a receiver printed circuit panel (214) are positioned above and below the transmitter printed circuit panel (213), respectively, and are held together by interlocking side rails (206, 207). In a second illustrated housing (600), a flat battery (602) is attached to the sides of a first U-shaped printed circuit panel (604). A second U-shaped printed circuit panel (606) is positioned between the battery and the first panel (604). Heat dissipated by the electrical components on the second panel (606) is conducted away by the flat battery (602). The electronic circuitry housing of the present invention may be advantageously utilized in a variety of applications where electronic circuitry is operated from a battery.

Ein Verfahren zum Testen einer Leiterplatte (L) wird angegeben, bei dem eine Leiterplatte (L) mit einem ersten Hauptabschnitt (H1), einem zweiten Hauptabschnitt (H2), einem gebogenen Verbindungsabschnitt (V) und mindestens einer Überwachungsleiterbahn (S, S1', S2) bereit gestellt wird. Der Verbindungsabschnitt (V) ist zwischen dem ersten Hauptabschnitt (H1) und dem zweiten Hauptabschnitt (H2) angeordnet. Die Überwachungsleiterbahn (S, S1', S2) verläuft von dem ersten Hauptabschnitt (H1) gekrümmt durch den Verbindungsabschnitt (V) zu dem zweiten Hauptabschnitt (H2). Bei dem Verfahren wird mindestens ein für die Integrität der mindestens einen Überwachungsleiterbahn (S, S1', S2) repräsentativer elektrischer Messwert erfasst. Zudem werden eine Leiterplatte (L), ein Steuergerät (ECU), sowie Verfahren zum Herstellen der Leiterplatte (L) und zum Betrieb des Steuergeräts (ECU) angegeben.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verbundmaterial umfassend ein Keramiksubstrat S mit mindestens einer Metallschicht M an mindestens einer Oberfläche des Keramiksubstrates S, wobei diese Metallschicht M in lateraler und/oder vertikaler Richtung eine spezielle Form aufweist sowie ein entsprechendes Layout einer Leiterbahn und dessen Verwendung, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung mindestens einer Leiterbahn, eine Leiterplatte und ein Stanz- und/oder Prägewerkzeug.
