    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction in electrical power consumption by providing the detection circuit with a sense amplifier connected to a memory array, with a data storage device connected between the sense amplifier and the output data bus, and with a data feedback circuit having an input terminal connected to the output data bus and an output terminal connected to the data storage device. SOLUTION: The data detected by the sense amplifier 21 are outputted from the sense amplifier 21 and supplied to the input of the data storage device 13. The digital sense amplifier, possessing no DC power element, requires no DC power from a memory cell. The data storage device 13 receives the data, latching or storing them for the purpose of transmitting to the output data bus 17. The data storage device 13 is equipped with a data register, latch and other mechanism suitable for storing data. The data output from the sense amplifier 21 and the input in the data storage device 13 are overwritable by the dynamic latch and new incoming data.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit 11 having a frequency detecting circuit which supplies one or more digital signals to a current source according to the detected operation frequency of a generated reference clock. SOLUTION: With a signal 50, the current source 26 can change the operation state among two on more discrete current output levels by a digital control system. The signal 50 is used to select and supply a high-current output level to an external oscillator circuit 16 by the current source in startup mode, thereby guaranteeing that the integrated circuit 11 can start up in an optimum shortened time period. After the startup operation is completed, the current source 26 can be switched to a low-current operation mode by making use of the signal 50 and then the influence of electromagnetic interference(EMI) is reduced in normal operation mode after the startup operation.

SOLUTION: The arrangement of input transaction to a transaction to a transaction queue 202 is controlled by a write enable logic 204 and the logic 204 decides an available item and selects an item to which input transaction is loaded by forming an appropriate enable signal. It is possible to shift an item in the queue 202 or to perform other operations in response to a signal that is received from item control logic 206. The logic 206 controls a queue operation such as item shifting for performing FIFO execution of the queue 202 when data transfer of transaction that is made a queue is completed on a system bus.
