A cooling mechanism for a hybrid vehicle motor comprises a transmission housing(100) which is installed in one side of a motor housing(160), an oil cooling pass(120) which is mounted in one side of the transmission housing, and a support ring(110) which is joined in the transmission housing with an O-ring. The HCU receives gear level information through an oil pump(9) combined to a shaft at the front end of the driving motor at a shaft of the transmission connected to the engine, and a shift lever position sensor(12) and pedal operation information through a brake pedal position sensor(13), and judges an EV mode or an HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle) mode during an initial starting step. The TCU controls a hydraulic path of a valve body(8) to engage the engine clutch after starting, by supplying hydraulic pressure fed from the oil pump driven by the driving motor, to the transmission.
