Abstract: The present invention relates to a primer for identification of a rice cultivar, and an identification method of a rice cultivar using the same, and, more specifically, to a composition for identification of a rice cultivar including a primer set selected from the group consisting of 112 primer sets consisting of oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 1 to 224; to a kit for identification of a rice cultivar; and to an identification method of a rice cultivar using the same. The Indel marker according to the present invention maintains the advantage that shows various phenomena when amplified by the PCR, and supplements the disadvantage of the SSR marker that is not sufficient in manufacturing a high density gene map. The Indel marker can rapidly and objectively identify a rice cultivar by converting the gene information of a rice cultivar into a digital signal. Furthermore, the Indel marker can identify a cultivar among cultivars having a high similarity of genes such as backcross cultivars and mutational cultivars by using a combination of a sufficient number of markers.
