    Abstract: PURPOSE: A fermenting facility for microbe fermented tea is provided to age effectively an abundant amount of dried tea leaves or green tea and keep the temperature and humidity for fermenting consistent. CONSTITUTION: A fermenting facility for microbe fermented tea comprises the following steps: A housing(2) is installed separately from the inner wall of a building(10), and has a fermenting space capable of being airtight. The housing is put on multiple supporting blocks(13), and separated from the floor of the building. A holder is installed according to the inner wall of the housing, and has multiple layers of shelves for putting tea leaves on. The shelves become more protruded to the center of the fermenting space as close to the bottom. At least one germicidal lamp is installed on the ceiling of the housing, and is capable of irradiating the ultraviolet. A humidifier is positioned on the upper part of the ceiling of the fermenting space, and supplies steam through multiple implantation holes arranged on the ceiling separately. A heater is equipped on the center of the floor of the housing, and raises the air temperature of the fermenting space. A cooling means(3) is included inside the building for decreasing the temperature of the housing. A storage tank(31) stores cooling water. A jet pipe(32) sprays the cooling water supplied from the storage tank to the outer wall and the ceiling of the housing. A pump(33) inflows water of the storage tank into the jet pipe. A ventilating fan is installed in an open window of the building, and operates with the operation of the pump.
