따라서, 전기차용 변속 시스템은 새로운 구조를 통해서 2단과 1단의 기어변속을 수행할 수 있으며, 그 구조가 간단하여 제조와 조립이 쉬울 뿐만 아니라, 유지보수도 용이하다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A power transfer device for hybrid vehicles is provided to improve fuel efficiency, and to be operated with high efficiency in all gear ratios. CONSTITUTION: A power transfer device for hybrid vehicles comprises first and second planetary gear sets, first and second motors/generators, and a torque transfer mechanism. As to the first and second planetary gear sets, each rotary element is directly connected and the other rotary elements are selectively connected so that one planetary gear set is operated. The first and second motors/generators comprise motors and generators as each independent power sources. The torque transfer mechanism comprises a first clutch(CL1), a second clutch(CL2), a first brake(BK1), and a second brake(BK2). The first clutch selectively connects an engine to an input shaft(IS). The second clutch selectively connects one rotary element of the first planetary gear set to one rotary element of the second planetary gear set. The first brake is in parallel with the first motor/generator, and operates the rotary element connected to the first motor/generator. The second brake operates one rotary element which is selectively connected to one rotary element of the first planetary gear set by variably connecting the rotary element to a transmission housing.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A transmission system for an electric car is provided to easily execute gear shift of a first shift and a second shift and to easily manufacture and assemble by simplifying a structure. Abstract: PURPOSE: A reducer for an electric vehicle is provided to reduce power loss by positioning a gear locating in a third shaft under the oil level and to reduce the size of a drive shaft by reducing load torque. CONSTITUTION: A drive gear(100) revolves by a motor. A transfer driven gear(200) meshes with the drive gear and transfers driving force. A differential gear(300) transfers power to a driving wheel by meshing with the transfer driven gear. A second shaft which is a rotary shaft of the transfer driven gear is located in the upper side than a first shaft which is a rotary shaft of the drive gear. The first shaft and the second shaft are located on the upper side of an oil level. Reducer housing accepts the drive gear, the transfer driven gear, and the differential gear.

CONSTITUTION: A machinery oil pump(10) inhales oil which is stored in an oil pan. An electric-powered oil pump(30) is installed in a connection line which interlinks a discharge end hydraulic line of the machinery oil pump and the oil pan. The electric-powered oil pump is operated by a motor. Abstract: PURPOSE: A cold start method of a hybrid vehicle is provided to realize the smooth and stable cold start of an engine, to save the cost consumed for manufacturing a vehicle and to enhance the vehicle mileage. CONSTITUTION: A cold start method of a hybrid vehicle comprises the next step. It is determined to recognize the type of the engine start whether the ATF(Automatic Transmission Fluid) temperature is below a first predetermined reference value (S10).
