Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooling device for electric parts in hybrid and electric vehicles is provided to reduce thermal affects between two electric parts by using separate cooling water for each electric part. CONSTITUTION: An upper first electric part(10) and a lower second electric part(11) are stacked. Upper and lower cooling water paths are formed between the first and second electric parts. The cooling water paths are formed in a structure in which an inlet(13) on one side is connected to an outlet on the other side. A plate-type cooling separator(15) is installed in the boundary between the cooling water paths formed on the underside of the first electric part and the top of the second electric part. Cooling water drawn into the inlet is divided into the upper and lower cooling water paths, and the divided cooling water is discharged to the outlet.

CONSTITUTION: A cooling device of heating element for hybrid electrical vehicles comprises a radiating unit(10). The radiating unit comprises a cooling jacket(11), an inlet(14), and an outlet(15). In the cooling jacket, flow paths(12,13) in which the cooling medium passes by inside the radiating unit is formed. The bottom plate is installed in center and the cooling jacket is classified into the front side and back side. The respective flow path is separately formed in the front side and back side of the cooling jacket. The inlet is formed in the cooling jacket one side. It is communicated with the flow path and the cooling medium flows in.
