Abstract: PURPOSE: A heating element cooling device for hybrid vehicles is provided to minimize the configuration for cooling components by integrating a radiation structure of an inverter and DC-DC converter. CONSTITUTION: A heating element cooling device for hybrid vehicles comprises a radiating unit(10) of which different heating parts installs to both sides respectively. The radiating unit comprises a cooling jacket(11), an inlet(15), and an outlet(16). The cooling jacket is formed inside the radiating unit and is formed as the flow path in which cooling medium passes by. The inlet port is formed in the cooling jacket one side and is communicated with the flow path. The cooling medium flows in the inlet. The cooling medium is exhausted through the outlet. The radiating unit is integrally formed in the housing of one or more heating part.

Abstract: 본 발명은 디씨(DC)/디씨 컨버터의 스위치 고장시 비상동작 방법에 관한 것으로서, 하이브리드 차량 및 연료전지 차량 등에 장착된 저전압 디씨/디씨 컨버터(LDC)의 스위치 고장시 비상동작 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 컨버터의 비상동작 방법에서는 스위치 고장 발생시에 고장 유형을 판별하고, 고장난 스위치의 위치를 파악한 뒤, 스위치 오픈 고장시에 스위치 4개를 이용하는 풀브리지 방식에서 정상상태의 스위치 2개를 이용하는 하프브리지 방식으로 동작되도록 스위치 구동 및 제어신호인 PWM 신호를 조정하여 컨버터를 비상동작시키고, 결국 이러한 컨버터의 비상동작에 의해 차량 운행이 가능해지도록 한다.

Abstract: A battery impedance measurement using inverter switching is provided to estimate SOC(State Of Charge) accurately and quickly by making a battery impedance relation map in advance. Abstract: A cooler for a DC/DC converter is provided to minimize heat quantity by using a heat sink and the air by inputting the cooling wind into the case through a cooling channel connected to the heat sink.
