Abstract: 본 발명은 변속기 생산라인에서 생산된 변속기의 고유 특성 데이터를 매우 저렴하고 간단한 방법으로 TCU와 변속기가 조립되는 차량 조립라인으로 전달하여 TCU에 입력할 수 있도록 하고, 토크컨버터 대신 습식다판클러치가 사용되고 상기 습식다판클러치를 직접제어하는 솔레노이드밸브를 구비한 CVT의 키스포인트 압력을 상기 CVT를 제어할 TCU가 적절히 초기화 할 수 있도록 하여, 제한적으로 전달받은 CVT에 대한 특성 데이터를 가지고도, 제어 대상 CVT를 TCU가 안정되고 적절하게 제어할 수 있도록 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A safety device of a hybrid vehicle and a method for controlling the same are provided to prevent damage of a variable transmission belt and pulley. CONSTITUTION: A safety device of a hybrid vehicle comprises: a clutch for transferring an output torque of an engine and motor; and an HCU(hybrid control unit) for controlling overall driving of vehicle and output torque. A method for controlling safety of the hybrid vehicle comprises: a step of determining the detection of urgent brake or ABS(anti-lock brake system) operation; a step of stopping regenerative braking of the motor and blocking torque connection of the engine and transmission; and a step of compensating the motor torque in case of detection of decrease of engine RPM.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for detecting rough-road and a method for controlling a transmission according to the same are provided to improve the durability of the transmission by preventing the generation of a slip and an abrasion between a belt and a pulley. CONSTITUTION: While a vehicle is driven on a rough-road, torque from the engine is limited based on the method for controlling a continuously variable transmission(S40). The continuously variable transmission includes a belt, a driving pulley, and a driven pulley. A clutch interrupts the power of the engine. The continuously variable transmission and the clutch are slip-controlled(S50). The transferrable torques of the pulleys are increased, an abrasion and a slip of the belt and the pulleys are prevented(S60).

The method allows the use of maximum torque within a range that torque applied to a drive shaft does not go over a limit by variable engine torque control in consideration of torque increase rate of a torque converter.
