Abstract: 본 발명은, LNG 가 저장되는 연료탱크 및 상기 연료탱크에서 이송되는 LNG 를 기화시켜 엔진으로 공급하는 증발기를 포함하여 구성된 LNG 를 연료로 사용하는 차량의 공조 시스템에 있어서, LNG 의 기화에 의해 냉각된 증발기를 통과하도록 공기를 송풍시키고, 상기 증발기를 통과하여 냉각된 공기는 차량의 실내로 송풍되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같은 구성의 본 발명은, 액체 상태의 LNG 를 냉매로 사용하므로 컴프레서가 제거되고 이에 따라 컴프레서로 인해 발생되는 벨트마모, 소음, 진동, 엔진 부조 등과 같은 문제점이 사라지는 효과가 있다. 그리고, LNG 를 냉매로 사용하므로서 냉매의 상변화를 위해 소모되는 에너지를 줄여 차량의 연비를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel emission quantity measuring device for LNG(liquefied natural gas) fuel tank is provided to accurately detect the residuan LNG fuel of an LNG fuel tank by measuring a fuel exhaustion amount in the long time stop of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A fuel emission quantity measuring device for LNG fuel tank comprises an LNG fuel tank, a relief valve unit(200), and a valve sensing unit(300). The LNG fuel tank has a BOG(Boil of Gas) exhaust port(120) upon one side. The relief valve unit is installed in the BOG exhaust port of the LNG fuel tank. The relief valve unit is operated according to the pressure of the LNG fuel vaporized in the LNG fuel tank part. The relief valve unit discharges the LNG fuel, vaporized from the LNG fuel tank, to the atmosphere. The valve sensing unit is electrically connected to the relief valve unit. The valve sensing unit senses the operation of the relief valve unit.

CONSTITUTION: An engine room cooling device using fuel system of LNG(liquefied natural gas) vehicle comprises an LNG cooler(200), a second solenoid valve(210), a supply line(220), and an exhaust line(230). The LNG cooler is installed inside the engine room. The second solenoid valve selectively exhausts LNG fuel from the fuel tank according to the control signal of an ECU(Engine Control Unit). The supply line interlinks the second solenoid valve and LNG cooler in order to supply LNG fuel, exhausted according to the operation of the second solenoid valve, to the LNG cooler. The exhaust line is connected to a check valve in order to discharge the LNG fuel provided to the LNG cooler.

Abstract: A return pressure variable jet valve is provided that the excessive rising of return pressure is prevented although the fuel amount filled in the fuel tank is much. A return pressure variable jet valve(100) comprises as follows. The returned fuel is inflowed from the engine to the reservoir cup. The negative pressure is generated and the fuel within the fuel tank(200) is sucked in into the reservoir cup. One or more penetration holes(120) communicating the flow channel in which the fuel passes to outside is formed. A float(130) which generates the buoyancy when being enhanced than the water level in which the fuel water level of the fuel tank is set up in advance. The penetration hole is closed if the buoyancy is not generated in the float. The variable valve(140) which opens the penetration hole if the buoyancy is generated in the float is included.

본 발명에 의한 제트밸브를 이용하면, 연료탱크 내에 채워진 연료량에 따라 리저버컵으로 연료가 리턴되는 압력을 가변시킬 수 있으므로, 연료탱크 내에 채워진 연료량이 많더라도 리턴압이 과다하게 높아지는 것을 방지하고, 리턴압 과다 상승에 따른 진동 및 소음 발생을 방지할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
