Abstract: The invention relates to a copolymer from the monomers of constituents A to C as indicated below and optionally D, the total weight of which amounts to 100 mol %: a) 20 to 80 mol % of at least one ethylenically unsaturated dicarboxylic acid or an anhydride, ester and/or amide thereof as constituent A; b) 1 to 79 mol % of at least one diketene of general formula (I), wherein R1 and R2 independently means hydrogen or C1-30-alkyl as constituent B; c) 1 to 79 mol % of at least one vinyl ester, (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester, (meth)acrylnitrile or mixtures thereof as constituent C and d) 0 to less than 0.5 mol %, or when at least 20 mol % of constituent C is provided, 0 to 20 mol % of at least one other olefinically unsaturated monomer as component D. The inventive copolymer is used as a flow enhancer in petroleum middle distillates.

Abstract: Las poliesteramidas P1 biodegradables obtenibles haciendo reaccionar una mezcla que consiste esencialmente de (al) una mezcla que consiste esencialmente de 35 a 95% de ácido adípico o derivados formadores molar de éster del mismo o mezclas de los mismos, 5 a 65% de ácido tereftálico o derivadores molar formadores de éster del mismo o mezclas de los mismos, y 0 a 5% de un compuesto que contiene grupos de molar sulfonato, en donde el total de los porcentajes molares individuales es de 100 por ciento molar, y (a2) una mezcla que consiste esencialmente de (a21) de 99.5 por ciento a 0.5 por ciento molar de un compuesto de dihidroxi que se selecciona del grupo que consiste de alcanodioles de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono y cicloalcanodioles de 5 a 10 átomos de carbono, (a22) de 0.5 por ciento a 99.5 por ciento molar de un amino-C2-C12-alcanol o un amino-C5-C10-cicloalcanol, y (a23) de 0 por ciento a 50 por ciento molar de un diamido-C1-C8-alcano, (a24) de 0 por ciento a 50 por ciento molar de una 2,2'-biaoxazolina de la formula general I (Ver Formula) en donde R1 es un grupo de alquileno (CH2,q de un solo enlace con q = 2, 3 o 4, o un grupo de fenileno, en donde el total de los porcentajes molares individuales es de 100 por ciento molar, y en donde la relacion molar de (a1) a (a2) se selecciona dentro de la escala de 0.4:1 a 1.5:1, con la salvedad de que las poliésteramidas P1 tienen un peso molecular (Mn) dentro de la escala de 4,000 a 40,000 gramos por mol, un numero de viscosidad dentro de la escala de 30 a 3250 gramos por mililitro que se mide en o-diclorobenceno/fenol (relacion en peos de 50/50), a una concentracion de 0.5 por ciento en peos de las pliesteramidas P1 a 25 degree C), y una temperatura de fusion dentro de la escala de 50 degree C a 220 degree C, y con la salvedad adicional de que de 0 por ciento a 5 por ciento molar, basado en la cantidad molar del componente (a1) usado, de un compuesto de con por lo menos tres grupos capaces de formacion de éster se usan para preparar las poliésteramidas P1, y otros polímeros biodegradables y composiciones de moldear termoplásticas, procesos para la preparacion de los mismos, el uso de los mismos para producir piezas moldeadas biodegradables y adhesivos, piezas moldeadas biodegradables, espumas y mezclas con almidon obtenible de los polímeros y composiciones de moldear de conformidad con la invencion.
