The present invention relates to a method to manufacture dyslipidemia model animals and dyslipidemia model animals manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to a method to cause dyslipidemia by feeding a feed composition comprising edible lard, red ginseng marc, and a beagle which is a dyslipidemia model manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, by using a feed composition comprising red ginseng marc conventionally known to reduce cholesterol, it is possible to manufacture dyslipidemia model animals; and by using the model animals, it is possible to develop functional feed to treat or prevent dyslipidemia or feed additives and verify the effects thereof.

PURPOSE: A method for producing Oriza sativa seeds containing resveratrol and piceid is provided to enhance the content of resveratrol and piceid. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing Oraza sativa seeds containing resveratrol and piceid comprises: a step of dipping a transgenic Oriza sativa seeds in water at 21-27°C; and a step of repetitively treating the seeds under a light condition for 14-18 hours and a dark condition for 6-10 hours.

A method of producing feed for increasing the content of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) in Korean native(Hanwu) beef using linseed oil or a mixture of linseed oil and soybean oil is provided to increase the content of CLA in Korean native beef without reducing intramuscular fat of castrated Korean native cattle(Bos taurus coreanae). Feed for increasing the content of CLA in Korean native beef contains 4% by weight of linseed oil or a mixture of linseed oil and soybean oil. To produce the titled feed, linseed oil or a mixture of linseed oil and soybean oil is heat-treated at 120 to 150deg.C for 0.2 to 0.4sec and added with 1% by weight soybean oil. The feed is useful for a castrated cow which is at the final stage of fattening.

PURPOSE: A process for preparing an animal feed containing vitamin C, niacin, magnesium oxide, glucose, binder and rumen protecting fat is provided. Therefore, parenteral administration of the feed to an animal and then slaughtering of the animal improve the color and shelf stability of fresh meat. CONSTITUTION: The animal feed is manufactured by the steps of: mixing 6 to 10% by weight of vitamin C, 3 to 7% by weight of niacin, magnesium oxide, 12 to 20% by weight of magnesium oxide, 30 to 38% by weight of glucose and 2 to 5% by weight of a binder; formulating the mixture with water into a granule; drying the granule at 50 to 70deg.C for 5 to 7 minutes; and coating it with 30 to 37% by weight of rumen protecting fat.

시험용 케이지가 개시된다. 본 고안의 일 실시예에 따른 시험용 케이지는, 시험대상동물을 수용하는 케이지(cage)와; 상기 케이지를 대사공간과 사육공간으로 구획하며, 상기 대사공간과 상기 사육공간을 서로 개폐가능하도록 상기 케이지에 결합되는 격벽을 포함할 수 있다. 이를 통해, 같은 공간에서 대사시험과 회장소화율 측정 등 다양한 시험이 이루어짐으로 인해 시험대상동물의 취급이 용이하며 시험 전후 시험대상동물이 받는 스트레스를 최소화할 수 있다. 또한, 시험이 없는 동안에도 시험대상동물이 같은 공간에서 사육됨으로 인해 시험대상동물의 이동이 필요 없으며 이동으로 인한 시험대상동물의 스트레스를 최소화할 수 있다.
