Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing immune proteins which are multiple specific to five kinds of microorganisms causing the inflammation of the stomach and the duodenum. Therefore, the inflammation of the stomach and the duodenum can be effectively treated and prevented. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing immune proteins comprises the steps of: preparing IgY of anti-Helicobacter pylori by multiple injection of the dead Helicobacter pylori culture into a hen and collecting eggs produced; preparing IgY of anti-Campylobacter pylori by multiple injection of the dead Campylobacter pylori culture into a hen and collecting eggs produced; preparing IgY of anti-Staphylococcus aureus by multiple injection of the dead Staphylococcus aureus culture into a hen and collecting eggs produced; preparing IgY of anti-Haemophilus influenzae by multiple injection of the dead Haemophilus influenzae culture into a hen and collecting eggs produced; preparing IgY of anti-Moraxella catarrhlis by multiple injection of the dead Moraxella catarrhlis culture into a hen and collecting eggs produced; and mixing 40 to 90% of anti-Helicobacter pylori IgY, 2.5 to 30% of anti-Campylobacter pylori IgY, 2.5 to 10% of Staphylococcus aureus IgY, 2.5 to 10% of anti-Haemophilus influenzae IgY and 2.5 to 10% of anti-Moraxella catarrhlis IgY.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A feed for an egg-laying hen capable of increasing the content of an immunoprotein and a method for eggs containing a large amount of immunoproteins using the same feed are provided, thereby effectively producing the eggs containing a large amount of IgY immunoproteins. CONSTITUTION: The feed for an egg-laying hen contains 0.3 to 0.5 wt.% of cinnamon and 2 to 4 wt.% of peppermint. The eggs containing a large amount of immunoproteins are produced by feeding the feed containing cinnamon and peppermint to with administration of a Streptococcus mutans strain into an egg-laying hen, in which the cinnamon is added in the amount of 0.1 to 2 wt.%; and the peppermint is added in the amount of 0.5 to 4 wt.%. When an egg-laying hen is fed with the feed containing cinnamon and peppermint along with administration of a Streptococcus mutans strain, an egg contains a larger amount of IgY immunoproteins than that of the prior egg-laying hen.

본 발명은 산란계 (닭)에 이용되는 칼슘공급제와 영양공급제 (탄수화물, 아연공급제, 히스티딘, 구연산, 비타민 C 및 비타민 D 3 )를 각각 혹은 비율별로 혼합하여 장용피복제를 피복한 후, 제조된 본원 발명품을 산란용 닭 사료에 통상 사용되는 칼슘공급제의 50%를 본원 발명품으로 대체하여 만든 배합사료 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명품을 산란계에 급여하면, 난각형성을 위한 혈액내 칼슘농도를 일정하게 높은수준으로 유지하여 주고, 관련 효소인 carbonic anhydrase 활력을 증진시키므로서, 난각의 질 특히 난각두께 및 파열강도가 향상되어 계란의 생산에서 부터 유통과정을 거쳐 소비자에게 전달될 때까지 파란율을 감소시킬 수 있는 사료첨가제 조성물을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

본 발명은 원료육을 신속하게 염지하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 쇠고기, 돼지고기, 닭고기등 육류덩어리고기(직경 100mm∼120mm)에 간장, 설탕, 마늘즙, 생강즙등 양념을 신속하게 침투시키기 위하여 가압텀블링을 이용하여 원료육을 신속하게 염지함으로써 원료육을 손상치 않고 보다 신속하고 효과적으로 염지처리하여 큰 덩어리육의 염지처리 공정에 다양하게 이용할 수 있어 육가공 관련 산업의 발전에 크게 기여할 수 있는 패스트푸드용 불고기 원료육의 처리방법이다.

The food composition for the anti-hypertension consists of (1) powders of buckwheat or potato 20-50 % as main ingredients, (2) black bean powder 1-15 %, green perilla 1-10 %, lyophilezed apple slices 1-5 %, (3) kelp roots 1-2 %, laver 0.1-1 %, ginseng 0.1-0.5 %, oak mushroom 0.1-0.5 %, earthworm 0.5-1.0 % for health care, (4) beef tallow 1-5 % as lipid, (5) vitamins, minerals, cellulose, DL-methionine, cholin chloride 0.2-3.5 % for elements. The rats are fed for two weeks for the blood pressure down.
