Abstract:
PURPOSE: A power supply module for a hall sensorless brushless direct current motor is provided to arrange a high voltage/high current power device, a power device driving circuit, and a motor driving circuit on the same substrate using CMOS(Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor) integration, thereby improving functional and integration properties. CONSTITUTION: A high voltage/high current power device(310) operates a hall sensorless brushless direct current(BLDC) motor(400). A motor driving circuit(320) creates a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) control signal for controlling the hall sensorless BLDC motor. The motor driving circuit comprises a position signal detection/control unit(321), a timing generator(323), and a PWM controller(324). A power device driving circuit(330) operates the high voltage/high current power device according to the PWM control signal of the motor driving circuit. The high voltage/high current power device, the power device driving circuit, and the motor driving circuit are formed on the same substrate using CMOS(Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor) integration.
Abstract:
A motor position detecting unit according to the present invention includes a first calculator which outputs a three-phase counter electromotive force based on a linear operation; a second calculator which outputs a three-phase counter electromotive force based on a non-linear operation; and an operation controller which receives a control signal and a three-phase voltage and current and selects one of the first calculator and the second calculator based on the received control signal and the three-phase voltage and current. The control signal includes the operation mode information of an external motor.
Abstract:
A delay time control circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a delay-locked loop which generates a second clock signal, which is delayed for a predetermined time, in response to a first clock signal; a plurality of delay circuits which receive the first and second clock signals and output third and fourth clock signals in response to first and second digital control signals; and a feedback control unit which detects delay time by referring to the third and fourth clock signals and generates the first and second digital control signals to compensate for the detected delay time. PURPOSE: A system and a method for the access control between service resources and devices on a home network middleware are provided to limit the range of functions provided by device resources according to the authority level of service given by a certificate server for controlling the access to the device resources. CONSTITUTION: A certificate server (300) receives descriptive data of devices and service resources on a home network middleware. The certificate server assign authenticodes and the authority level to each device and service resource. The certificate server saves IDs, the authority level, and the authenticodes of every device and service resource on the home network middleware. The certificate server generates an authenticode list, and transmits the authenticode list to each device and service resource. PURPOSE: A proactive ontology and a rule based estimation system, and a method thereof are provided to offer a requested service by collecting information for the services. CONSTITUTION: A mobile adaptor unit(160) controls a mobile communication device. A system adaptor unit(170) controls context information for home devices. An estimation module(150) estimates the context information for the requested service. The estimation module transmits an alarm message and a control command for providing the service from a mobile or the system adaptor unit by estimating the received context information by notifying the change of the collected context information.
