The opaque and transparent boundary surfaces are sloped to prevent colors from being differently recognized according to the difference of a light refractive index. The coating part is formed by coating the lower side of the transparent part but the transparent boundary surface.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A stroke sensor for a brake pedal is provided to remove the need for a separate bracket by aligning the shaft of the stroke sensor with the hinge shaft of a pedal. CONSTITUTION: A stroke sensor for a brake pedal comprises a hinge shaft(130), a pedal arm(110), an angle sensor(140) and a sensor lever. The hinge shaft is fixed to a frame and one end of the hinge shaft comprises a head. The padal arm is assembled in order to be rotated to the hinge shaft. The angle sensor is coupled onto the same shaft as the hinge shaft. The angle sensor is installed in an assembly of a sensor cover and a bracket. The sensor lever is connected to the angle sensor and rotates to transfer the change of the rotating angle of the pedal arm to the angle sensor.
