PURPOSE: A shield cover of a seat for a car is provided to solve an interference problem with the WHIPS(Whiplash Protection System) through being detached in case of the WHIPS is operated through a rear car crash and protect damages through being detached in case of a safety belt push the shield cover through a front car crash. CONSTITUTION: A shield cover of a seat for a car comprises a rear outer cover, and a front outer cover(200). The rear outer cover is installed in the recliner unit of a car seat and detached from the front outer cover in case of a neck damage reduction device is operated during a car crash. The front outer cover is separated from the rear outer cover. The front outer cover is installed in the seat cushion frame of a car seat and coupled with the rear outer cover.

PURPOSE: A multi-stage control cooling process for manufacture of V-MA pearlite-ferrite hot-forged steel is provided to increase the ferrite fraction by super-cooling a hot-formed structure to low temperatures and maintaining a constant temperature at the transformation temperature of ferrite. CONSTITUTION: A multi-stage control cooling process for manufacture of V-MA pearlite-ferrite hot-forged steel comprises the steps of: rapidly cooling a hot-forged body to a low transformation temperature range of austenite-ferrite, maintaining a constant temperature in the transformation temperature range of austenite-ferrite, and air-cooling the hot-forged body.

PURPOSE: A lumbar support device of a seat for a vehicle is provided to enable passenger to comfortably drive with entirely contacting his/her lumbar to a seat by supporting not only his/her spine but also his/her side of the lumbar. CONSTITUTION: The lumbar support device of a seat for a vehicle comprises: a fixing bracket(110) which is fixed on a seat back frame(200); a supporting panel(120) which is link-connected to the fixing bracket in order to mobile to the front of the seat back frame; a controller which supplies driving force by being linked to a link(160) by an operating wire; a side supporting piece(140) which is rotatably connected to the both side parts of the supporting panel; and a connecting wire which interlinks the side support part and the link.

PURPOSE: A height controlling device for a vehicle headrest is provided to enable a user to freely adjust the height of a headrest and to save manufacturing costs by having a simple structure and construction. CONSTITUTION: A height controlling device for a vehicle headrest comprises a guide body(110), a coil spring(120), a guide lever(130), and a guide cover(140). The guide body is installed on a seatback and comprises a support hole. A stay(200) is inserted into the guide body. The coil spring constrains or releases the stay using an elastic force in a circumferential direction. The guide lever is rotatably installed to be able to apply the elastic force to the coil spring in the circumferential direction. The guide cover is connected to the upper part of the guide body.

PURPOSE: A lever unit of parking brake and a seat operating system in a seat rotation vehicle is provided to improve assembling performance and to reduce the weight by reducing the parts, and to improve the transfer efficiency of working stroke of an actuator. CONSTITUTION: A lever unit of parking brake in a seat rotation vehicle controls a ratchet by operating a stopper lever(30) through an actuator(20) to set and release a parking lever(10) of a seat rotation vehicle. The lever unit of parking brake is installed between the actuator and stopper lever and comprises a cable(40) having a core within. A seat operating system in a seat rotation vehicle comprises a switch positioned at the seventh thread of the ratchet tooth, a release switch connected with the switch in series and positioned at the predetermined location of the seat, an actuator connected with the switch and release switch in series, and a seat actuator connected to the actuator in parallel. The seat actuator is released just when the switch is on.
